Consists of one 7-storey buildings and twelve 3-storey blocks.

Awesome hotel! Very friendly staff, especially Erkan ;). Good service. Animation team also approaches kids to participate; You don't have to do it by yourself. Food is also great, a lot of different kinds of food. A lot of watersports possible, jetski, parasailing, ringo, and so on. Also, Bodrum is easily reachable by bus (only 2 euro!).
We've again booked this year! See you on June 30th!

Just great! We (65+) are going there for the 3th time.
I heard that some guests where visiting this hotel already for the 10th time or even more!!
No complaints whatever or it is Wi-Fi. In the first year excellent Wi-Fi was possible around the seaside pool bar but not the last time. Wi-Fi works excellent near the “warm” reception desk.

Arrived 19 august 2013 stayed for 14 nights with kids

I have reserved 2 rooms next to each other because I am traveling with my kids.
On arrival, they gave me 2 rooms far to one another.
They made me change room everyday for 4 nights) because the hotel was fully reserve.
The reception manager Mr. ERDEM is insisting that we stay in the room 757 even it smells bad because there is no other room available "which I refused!!!"
I was so angry because in the morning (3rd day) they found us the room 751 which I have accepted but on our return after visiting the city of Bodrum (arround midnight). They are telling me that they gave the room 751 to another client and they want us to stay on 757 "which I refused again". We have talk and talk to find solution (1AM in the morning).
I was angry at the moment and the manager is still nugging me if I wanted to fight with him !!!
If I have accepted they can expulse us out from their Hotel.
I did not give him the opportunity to succeed. I just ignored him

At the end, we did not receive any room next to each other. I have seen and stayed into 5 different rooms.

Rooms are old and very noisy and in desperate need of updating. Toilets leak water constantly into the pan which causes the system to self flush every couple of mins.
The food is just Ok, the all inclusive drinks (spirits) are cheap imitations
The location is great, the staff are all very nice and friendly but ultimately this hotel is a 2☆ hotel that's in desperate need of updating.
This hotel has been sold and is due to be DEMOLISHED at the end of the 2020 season.
You will be very disappointed if you book here.

The place is beautiful. Rooms are super clean, well air-conditioned, staff is very kind and helpful. Many attractions for kids. Swimming pools are pretty large, clean water. Food is just out of this world. Huge variety of salads, fresh meats, pastries etc. Snack bar is available also. They go out of their own way to make this place great for the guests.

All inclusive in this hotel is not truely all inclusive. For example, you are charged for basic fresh-squeezed orange juice for 10 TL for breakfast. Free inclusive alcohol is only available free for a few choices on the alcohol list but the other choices incur charges. There is not much in-house entertainment provided by the hotel. If you don't mind about these, then there are positives about this hotel e.g. the staff are friendly and helpful although their English is not fluent.

Our family had a wonderful 7 day vacation at the Izer Hotel. We particularly enjoyed the pools some of the activites like beach vollyball. The staff were extremely friendly too.
The reason i did not give 5 stars is that the rooms are very basic, and the staff did not speak English well so on occasion we struggled to do some simple things like booking taxis or check-in.
Overall though if you are looking for a relaxing all-inclusive break i would reccomend the Izer hotel especially considering the great price.

Fabulous place. Staff were fantastic keeping the hotel clean at all times. Food great & the views unbelievable from the beach, a beautiful bay. Recommend.
