We stayed at Hotel Zeytinada for two weeks at the end of August with our two young kids. The hotel itself is amazing, the pool is fantastic, the rooms are brilliant and all of the staff are very polite and helpful when needed!

We used the hotel as a base for visiting Pamukkale, Kos and the surrounding Bodrum area and then returning back to the luxurious pool and brilliant evening meal after long trips away.

During the days at the pool there was no fight for sunbeds, a good quiet atmosphere but one which also allowed for kids play, and a very chilled environment. The gym was great and I did some small runs in the hotel grounds to avoid any stray dogs further afield.

Breakfast was great, the omelette made to order was a highlight and the selection of food varied. Evening meals were fantastic, very varied, fresh and there was never a queue. In fact, it felt like the hotel was extremely quiet during our stay. There were probably around 60 tables set and we only ever saw ten maximum in use. It suited us great but anybody hoping for some nightlife and entertainment would not be suited to this hotel.

The only few bits of feedback I would give the hotel are as follows.

The drinks seemed unnecessarily expensive. Yes turkey is not cheap in general now, but if they were even 20% cheaper we would have been inclined to have more during the day or with our meal. It felt like everybody avoided the hotel bar and drinks with the evening meal as they were so costly.

Lack of water - there was a real lack of drinking water available. We relied on the shop over the road but a small drinks fountain or similar would have made life with two kids a lot easier

We felt pressured to leave the pool by 5.30/6pm most nights as they were clearing up and trying to set tables. It was still sunny and the sign at the pool actually said it closed at 7pm. After a long day out driving that extra hour would have been great. Also turning up for food after 8.30pm was a little awkward as the tables were clearing down and most people had left. The fantastic food and staff were still on hand however.

Finally, no ice cream for kids at the evening meal and really expensive for it during the day from the bar!

Overall we had a brilliant few weeks at the hotel, for the value we got we would 100% recommend it. The food was great, the staff brilliant and the pool was amazing. Feels like a few tweets and it could be incredible.

Beautiful hotel. Peaceful atmosphere, cosy rooms and delicious food. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. Great location with short and cheap bus ride into Bodrum leaving from right outside the hotel. Also restaurants and bars a short walk away in Torba. Would stay again and have recommended to friends and family.

I Have stayed at Zeytinada several times over the last few years with my family and have recommended to friends and family who have also stayed there. It is a really peaceful boutique hotel with beautiful pool area and gardens

The hotel is stunning, the staff are very nice, kindness itself (download translator app there is a little English spoken only) and housekeeping do whatever you ask, we just left a translated note and we left a small tip when making extra work out of kindness. The pools fabulous, an adequate gym and a spa. The food is a bit samey every day but delicious. The village is very quiet apart from a pontoon waterfront series of bars. The town however Bodrum is all hustle the beaches are gritty.(inexpensive boat trips are great) there is a large town centre shopping bazaar. Sadly the thing that let's it down once out of the hotel is the many unscrupulous bar, restaurant, owners that will basically charge crazy money literally £200 plus for a meal (pounds not lira)Be sure you ask the price up front. Or just stay in this fabulous hotel. You will run up a bar bill as there are no drinks at evening meal available but it's very reasonable. The spa allows you to shower there if you have a late flight out and have to be out of your room.
If i could drop this hotel and staff down elsewhere I would re visit but I would not return to Turkey.

Though not directly situated at the beachfront, this hotel offers good value-for-money with quality food and drinks. The staff are very forthcoming and helpful. Rooms are modernised, comfy, spacious and well designed. Beautiful outdoor spaces with a lot of green. Boasts a couple of huge olive trees, whose age (some more than 300 years old) has been printed on their barks.

Clean rooms with perfect services and good quality foods. Torba (Place near of the hotel ) has not so good environment and not so nice.
