We have been to Salmakis a number of times and I was disappointed to see how the facilities have deteriorated and the common areas; beach and pool is not well maintained. I don’t think we will be back sadly.

We spend a couple days there and unfortunately, they gave us a room that it was not fully facing the ocean like I have requested and pay for it. Parking is very limited. But overall is relatively close to the city where there is a lot of things to do. It is all included, and there is some variety of food that you can select on.

They tried to push us into a room up several staircases, with a very small window, no balcony and no sea view in the old part of the hotel or pay the extra. The hotel is aesthetically amazing, the view when you first walk into the reception area is beautiful. However staying in the main building was confusing, different lifts and and corridors was not easy. Also the acoustics are dreadful with doors banging all day and night, with the room shaking on each occasion. The service was good, but not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel.

A very quiet hotel, even during peak tourist season. Experiencing authentic Turkish service. The restaurant ingredients are top-notch. It's worth staying here for a few days when you're feeling down. Really enjoyed our stay at Senses. The hotel was a lovely boutique style with great staff who helped to make our stay a pleasurable experience. The pool area was really nice with great views over the port and of the castle. Breakfast didn’t have a huge selection but it was more than adequate with omelettes cooked to order! Overall, a good stay This hotel was great! Clean rooms, pool with view, and hospitable staff who provided good services. The hotel was a little on the outside of the Bodrum Town with a 30 minute walk to the center, however we knew that before we booked. I'd stay again if I was in this area.

Okan and his entire team,from the receptionists to the helper staff,Okan and his staff deliver outstanding service,they are very helpful,proactive,and always very attentive and caring. The stay at the Senses hotel was one of my best hotel experiences ever. They really did help me and my husband feel so welcomed. They helped with the transportation for us everyday and that really meant alot to us.

A wonderful stay at Senses! We had a wonderful stay at Senses! The hotel manager Okan and his staff were terrific. Friendly, helpful, and kind..they were really super throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and beautiful, with a terrific view of the Bodrum bay from the pool. A short scooter ride into town and easy parking along the road. Highly recommended!

economy and short stay for solo travellers and friends

The hotel itself was nice, and the kitchen was convenient to use. Breakfast was also good. However, the doors were really poor in quality. Another thing that surprised me was the extra fee for the WiFi — this is the first time I’ve ever heard of a hotel charging separately for internet. It would be much better if WiFi was included in the room price.

The hotel is very nice rooms and clean. The environment beautiful. The only thing breakfast was not good for me.

I would recommend 1000000☀️❤️, i love breakfast, there are many options, staffs are very friendly, swimming pool and view are amazing. Actually i have never seen clean hotel like this ❤️ and i just walked to beach for 15 minutes and city centre is near too.

The restaurant was closed, so l ate at the pool bar, and it was terrible. Breakfast was better the home made omlete was good. The room was nice but not cleaned well, dirty cup marks & sticky spills on the coffee table & bench but a big spacious accommodation.

Lovely break in a lovely hotel. Wasn’t expecting much after only paying £47 for a night but the hotel exceeded expectations. Nice and modern and comfortable rooms! Breakfast lots of choice too. Only downside was having to pay for wifi but no big deal!

We stayed 3 nights and it was very nice. Good size bathroom and main room. Breakfast came with it and it was excellent. Easy walking distance to get to to the waterfront area.

This hotel is a gem. It is family run and owned and has a lovely dedicated staff. We felt at home right away. It is quiet and charming. A good location to explore Bodrum.

A lovely hotel which is only 15 mins from the marina and 15 mins from the amphitheatre. Despite being so well located the hotel is an oasis of calm. The garden is beautiful. And I mean amazingly beautiful. It's really the hidden gem of Bodrum. Ask for a garden view, as other reviewers recommended. Amazing day we really enjoyed our time there didn’t want to leave. We only stayed a few nights as the next chef. I highly recommend the breakfast. It was simple not a lot of selection but very good ingredients. The gardens are amazing beautiful area by the swimming pool. Sybil was so helpful and all of the stuff made us feel comfortable during our stay
