Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. and the rooms are very clean and beautiful with amazing design. The restaurant on the ground floor offers a variety of cultural and European style food which is always fresh and very tasty. The location is also one of a kind as you won’t find no better everything is by your feet as soon as you go outside the hotel. Definitely will recommend to anyone visiting this area…

If you are thinking of choosing this hotel please do not. Awful service, awful rooms, plus they do not adhere to the booking price as once you are there they will charge you differently due to fluctuations in Turkish lira. Please don’t go, go anywhere else but this hotel

Absolutely Disappointing – Avoid at All Costs This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy — stained sheets, hair in the shower, and a constant foul smell that no amount of air freshener could hide. The staff were shockingly rude and completely unhelpful. When I brought up issues, they either shrugged or ignored me entirely. The walls are paper-thin; I could hear every word from the neighboring rooms. The so-called “breakfast” was a joke — stale bread, watery coffee, and not even basic options available. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. It felt like a scam, not hospitality. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

Staff and service was excellent. Mustafa Kemal was really nice, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again.

A pretty little place right at the heart of Didim. Small rooms and clean bathrooms. A small fridge in the room. Showers are pretty big. It is right there at the beach and very close to the restaurants and pubs. Not accessible for wheelchairs.

I visited for a week out of season in Nov on my own and the hotel was perfect. Very clean, staff are friendly and lovely breakfast. Lots of lovely coffee shops within 2 min walk and beach is very clean.

Very good service, very clean in the rooms and around the hotel, staff are really friendly and have a good laugh with you , breakfast is wonderful and just perfect 👍 the beach is beautiful and great staff down on the jetty, bar is clean and tidy
