It's a terrible hotel, never go there, they are all unaware of each other. We previously met with the hotel owner Hatice Hanım's daughter, Aydy Hanım, about the price, made a deposit, made a reservation, came to the hotel, couldn't check in with the price we agreed upon, they said the price was reasonable and that this price included no meals, etc., none of them knew anything about each other. I came from a far away place like Adana and was humiliated here. It's a terrible establishment, if you have any sense, don't go there, they didn't even note that a deposit was taken, it's a terrible establishment, they humiliated us, we had to search for a hotel with our bags in our hands.
