Where to stay with car in Didim

My stay at Marla Hotel Good & Friendly Staff!

The hotel was generally good, but there were no towel hangers on the balcony. The room was clean, but the air conditioner didn't even cool itself. We didn't use the air conditioner much because it wasn't very hot

The shower head was broken when we first arrived. When we mentioned it, they replaced it. On the last day, there was no hot water. The thermostat kept burning, and they said they kept replacing it

We mentioned it upon checkout. The manager said it had been recently replaced, but it was yellow and old. When we pointed this out, he said it was a second-hand, refurbished air conditioner

We left without using the hot water. Dinner was varied and delicious. Breakfast was varied, but not very tasty. The ingredients weren't very good. The beach is a street behind the hotel

I will not choose this hotel again

I love this hotel the staff are friendly and very welcoming especially Mehmet and Jake! The hotel is doing some upgrades they now have electronic key card, the rooms are clean and breakfast was sufficient

The hotel is near the beach which is perfect! I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Didim, I will definitely stay here again

Nothing was too much trouble, they even let us keep our room longer on check out day. The rooms are basic but we didn't find this was a problem, we brought our own travel kettle and had everything we needed

I have just returned from Nazar hotel and already looking to book next year. My friend and I had a lovely time, the staff are so friendly especially the 2 young gentlemen who made us laugh every day

I stayed this year in March/April for 8 days, 25 days in June/July & 13 nights in September Rooms are basic, have a small shower room, but I think it's fine, and does the job

Great hotel, basic but extremely clean and friendly. Fantastic value for money meals and a lovely pool. Great location close to all amenities. Would highly recommend

This hotel is very close to the beach and town and a great location. The pool was open all the time that we stayed and my children enjoyed being in there. I would most definitely stay again when visiting next year

Lovely hotel, great staff and very welcoming amazing prices, staff very accommodating go above and beyond foods great, we visit Altinkum 3 times a year and stayed in many hotels we will definitely be visiting this hotel again

I have stayed at this hotel four times this year. I have found the staff excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them, It is a family run hotel and they certainly make you feel welcome

Great pool it's an ideal mini break with or without children. For longer stays the hotel is set in a great location so plenty of places to eat out, not too far from the beach

Not luxurious but warm environment

The hotel is located 10 minutes from Altınkum Beach and very close to Carrefours, BIM, and A101. I can recommend it for those looking to stay. However, the food and breakfast are a bit pricey

A very nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms have large balconies, are spotlessly clean and the closets are brand new. We had booked for 2 nights, we extended for 2 more nights, it is a full price-performance hotel

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and we left very satisfied. 2 adults and 2 children, 5-6 types of meals per day, unlimited tea at meal times. The breakfast was also quite sufficient and nice

The breakfast is a standard plate breakfast and the tea is great. The pool is small but there is no need to use it anyway, it is like a sea pool in Didim

The location is very central, 2 minutes to the sea. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. Recommended, Price performance 👍

Besides that, I didn't use the pool anyway, but it's very small and frankly didn't seem hygienic to me. The location is a 3-minute walk from the beach, with all the markets and shopping areas nearby to meet your needs

Good choice fair charges when we went January Quick break 4days known this hotel for years and still a good choice for comfort pool beach very close and Turkish bath in hotel so very convenient and in Main Street so very convenient for shops of all kinds, would we use again MOST DEFINITELY

It’s next to the beach 1 min walking and there are a lots of shops and supermarket. They clean your room every day. I think I would recommend this to anyone who wants quality hotel with good location

Nice hotel, good breakfast and pool but the guy behind the reception made my holiday awesome! I asked about some Directions and he nicely provided them plus some flyers and told us about the city! When we left i forgot something in my room and needed to retrieve it

The staff, especially the receptionists Zeynep and Ayşe, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to assist us with pricing and were always quick to respond to any requests

The hotel is very well located and has a team prepared to receive tourists from other countries. We felt welcomed and the hotel delivered everything it proposed in its specifications

The owner and employees are the most sincere and neatest team you can see in Didim. There is also Menekşe Apaydın's sister's food, which will be one of the reasons why I don't want to leave

Didim Altinkum is very close to the center. ATM market bakery monopoly etc. 4 I stayed for 5 days with my family (with 2 children) Breakfast standard Dinner is one-of-a-kind, but hearty

If my wife cooks it at home, it would be just as good. Shower hose was broken, as soon as I told it was changed within 5min. There was a mini fridge and it was pretty cool

A little more importance can be given to cleanliness as a deficiency or inadequacy. Also, there is no socket in the room to charge the phone

One had a TV and the other a refrigerator, the only free socket in the bathroom. Overall I am satisfied We thank you

The perfect stay! Solo traveller over out of season for personal reasons & a dentist visit. Couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay. I don’t remember her name but the young lady on reception made my stay

There is so much I could write for this review and all very positive. However, I shall keep it short because there was simply nothing negative to say, just a very positive experience

Nice room, very good for the price I got. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and even though the first guy when I checked in spoke little English, we got by with Google translate

It was short notice I booked in here, having friends already there. I had originally booked into another hotel for which I shall nothing, as there was nothing good to say about it

The previous reviews of the hotel were very bad, but they made arrangements for the 2022 season. It is within walking distance of Altinkum entertainment venues suitable for those who prefer to have fun

It was so amazing! The stuff was so friendly and helpful to us. It is great place for also family. If you compare the cost its not costing you much. We love that place hopefully see you next time!☺️

It is right across from the boat tours. It serves with the concept of bed and breakfast

For one night, the hotel is ok, there are a few negative things - the terrace was dirty, the door handle for the terrace was broken, the bathroom smelled bad and there is a mirror in the room and when someone is in the bathroom and the light is on, everything is visible😑

we were there for one night, everything was fine, we were on the 1st floor and there was a bar below us and on the other side, unfortunately it was too noisy and it was very loud

It was a very nice hotel with its renewed concept. The employees work very devotedly and have wonderfully friendly staff. The rooms have hot water and air conditioning, it is a hotel where you will feel at home.

The location is very simple and there is always a parking place for our private car. I went to the most beautiful Altınkum beach in Didim, wearing slippers and shorts, in 5 minutes. The swimming pool was very good

The atmosphere of the hotel is very warm and friendly. The staff were always incredibly attentive and friendly, and did their best to make our stay the best. I will definitely come again!

In Didim, I don't think there's another place as safe and clean as this one; don't even look anywhere else. It's a 1-minute walk from Altınkum beach, and the price is also the best

I love nature, there are pine trees right next to it, there is a walking and sports area. Cafeteria and breakfast plate were also good. I like it and recommend it to all people

Stayed here many times , over the past 10 years, the apart hotel is clean yet basic just as the majority of hotels in turkey, the staff are friendly and helpful the manager Efkan is a true gentleman, nothing too much trouble , have booked twice for 2026

We have just stayed at the mutlu for the third time this year. We have already booked for next year. We find the staff very friendly and helpful

The self catering option suits us well with the option to use their restaurant and bar if we want. I recommend this hotel as it is very central for the town centre and sea front

We've just got home from another holiday staying at the Mutlu. The hotel is lovely and clean, the pool areas and communal areas are well presented and offer lovely spaces to chill out

Don’t get ripped off with package book this and explore the area they have pinocios bar with minions etc and the senorita boat 15£ a person with dinner sunset the English breakfast is just like at home

Nice spacious rooms,clean, light and airy. Nothing fancy but very homely. Kitchen with cooker and fridge, bathroom with shower and washing machine.

We stayed at sunset village as a family of four in august 2025. The rooms were clean and spacious. Main isaue was the outdated bathroom especially The shower cubicle, it was falling apart very difficult to open and close

We used the dolmuş lots, but can walk to seafront and dolphin square in about 20 mins (the walk back up the hill is more). Local market for bread and drinks by Laur Hotel / Didim Beach which is less than a 5 min walk

A beautiful and very welcoming little gem of a hotel. Recep and Denis were so lovely and attentive to us all. The rooms were spacious and clean with lovely fresh decor. We had a lovely stay and would recommend

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the staff at the pool made sure we enjoyed our stay!

15min walk to lively seafront bars, but be prepared to pay more for the convenience and views than more back street places. Many venues offer a car service for free

My girlfriend and l made our first trip to Altinkum and stayed at the Tuntas Apartments, so happy we did as it’s a great complex to stay at. Ideal location at the quiet end of the resort

Great place , 3rd stay there , booked again for next June, staff and management great ,v friendly, lovely area ladies beech, but pool is our first choice at Tuntus

Recently back from a week at Tuntas Suites. Stayed in May and had a few issues with apartment, but for the price the size, cleanliness and location is great. No issues at all this time, some staff remembered me

Towels replaced and apartment cleaned every day. Wifi hit and miss in our apartment but great by reception and bar. Drinks were expensive and we didn't try the food. Shops close by and bars within short walk

Sorted aircon/heating remotes (£8p/d) and headed down to the bar for a quick drink after 16hrs travelling. Met a few other guests, all friendly and all repeat customers of Tuntas

It was because it was a small apartment, but we asked the owners to help us. We were very pleased with both the service and the room. I hope to see you again and stay longer this time. The amenities are quite adequate

A good sized apartment, handy for dentists visits and easy walk to beach and harbour, it was ideally situated for us, Dream homes looked after us really well and transfers too and from Izmir were good value...

I only realized after I booked the apartment that there was no washing machine because it was a small apartment. When we arrived, I noticed there was no iron

My family and I stayed in the terrace apartment for two days. When we entered, the room smelled of detergent. The terrace view was wonderful

We stayed in November and the hotel was quiet but I would recommend it, the rooms are lovely and the staff really helpful. A really nice area next to the marina and only 200 TL for a taxi into Didim

Apart from the from desk, customer service wasn’t their strength, the evenings were overpowered by 4 large to screens with football playing that was clearly more important than the guests

This is a good, though not new, hotel in the Marina near Didim, with its own beach club, accessible by golf cart
