Temple Hotel in Didim

Location is within walking distance to Altinkum Beach. There are nice restaurants, cafes and bars along the way. The service is not of a high standard. The rooms are a decent size however the bathroom is not. There was something wrong with the handle and there was no door in the shower. When this was raised to reception it was noted and nothing was then done about it nor was there a follow up. The room had rubbish on top of a cupboard from the previous guest/guests which I also told them about. She did not thank me for providing this information nor was there an apology. If you are looking for a good location, want breakfast included and do not have high expectations for service or amenities then this is the place for you. I would not stay here again.

Odada yatak banyo var boy aynası yoktu o bizi biraz zorladı. Aşırı temiz diyemem gelenlerin çok bir beklentisi olmasın. Sanırım bu civarlara göre normal.

Just thinking about what to start with. Let me start with pillows. As I'm the only driver in family I need a good sleep. But on these pillows it's just impossible. Pillows are very uncomfortable and firm. Just imagine you're sleeping on firm ping-pong balls. I would also like to mention about air conditioner. When we just arrived I noticed that people in the most of rooms open room doors and windows. That's because air conditioner doesn't work properly ( temperature outside is about 45°!). Its just makes noise and spread water on you because there halls in water tubes. So when you sleep it doesn't cool you, it just spread cold water on your face. I also like to mention that they smoke in the rooms that is forbidden in Turkey. Our neighbour smoked on toilet and all smoke cane to us, too. And finally I want to ask how much management and employees must be indifferent to their work place if they even dont iron curtains in rooms.
