Location: 95 km from Izmir airport, 25 km from the city of Kusadasi, p. Guzelcamli 90 metres from its private beach.

Consists of one 4 storey building (50% of rooms with sea view).

Total area: 9000 m2.

The hotel has 82 rooms.

Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, pier, beachfront. The length of the beach 100 m, Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade.

On the hotel territory: Laundry, bars: 2, doctor, 1 pools, Spa, meeting rooms: 1 (for 120 persons), indoor pools: 1, shops, restaurants: 1

My sister and I stayed at the Akbulut Hotel and absolutely loved it! The receptionists were polite and friendly, the beach and the entire hotel grounds were clean, the flowers were everywhere, and the location was next to the park and Zeus's Cave. I highly recommend it! I'll definitely be back :)

A great place to relax: newly renovated, close to the sea, excellent food, service, and the natural beauty! Cons: small rooms. Everything you need fits in, but if you're traveling with three adults, one will have to sleep on the small sofa, which isn't very comfortable.

A decent family-run four-star hotel. The hotel is small but cozy. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The walls are a bit thin and worn, but of course, if drunken fellow citizens weren't shouting Pugacheva in the middle of the night on the fourth floor, it would be perfectly fine. The grounds are well-kept, everything is green and covered in roses. The staff is friendly and efficient, including Russian-speaking people at reception. The owner and his family live on site and always supervise the work. This is very pleasing and shows concern. The sea is a two-minute walk away. Access is from the shore and a short pontoon. The sun loungers on the beach don't have mattresses, which isn't entirely comfortable, but the staff sanitizes them, which is a great safety measure. We were very pleased with our stay and are fully prepared to come again. Thanks 💚

I stayed at Akbulut Hotel this October with my family, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. First of all, the location is perfect—it is incredibly close to the National Park, which made our trips very convenient. The beach deserves a special mention; it was truly magnificent and one of the highlights of our stay. The food was delicious with great variety, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch. It’s a very well-managed place that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. If you are looking for a peaceful family vacation in a great location, I highly recommend this hotel

The best hotel; small but noce. IT is near the National Park. Green and blues mewy each other. On the beach Menderes who works there as entertainer ready always guide; help and comfort you. And you must Discover all beaches od the National park with boat trip.

Location of the hotel is just great - surrounded by forest and hills. It is calm and beautifull area. Hotel is very good, food is great and people who work there are the best. It is very comfortable and there is easy way to get bus (dolmuş) to Kuşadası. Thank you for such great holidays in Akbulut

Hotel wasnt bad, everything was okay rooms was clean, food was quite good. Beach and views was very beautiful. There was a lot of activities like dart, volleyball and table tennis. And Manan amazing person he is open to new people very communicative i think everyone love him
