We stayed here in August 2025 and had a really nice time overall. The hotel is in a great location—just a short walk from both the beach and the main road, which made it super convenient
Absolutely love this hotel, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, it's very clean and family friendly, the beach is a stones throw away and also all of the activities you wish to do
Ignore the bad reviews, staff make an effort to make this a nice experience with quick bar service and good quality food. We were even given a bit of a sea view, which was a pleasant surprise
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kayamaris! The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious and varied, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect – close to the beach and the city center
was a bit sceptical about hotels in turkey IV had a bad experience before but can honestly say this holiday was lovely the hotel and staff are lovely the food was great something different every meal time except breakfast service but the chef does the most amazing omelette, they don't have entertainment in the evening but you have all different bars near by and the beach 1 minute away,
would I come...
Everything is perfect and nice. All the stuff are friendly and approachable. The open buffet and the unlimited drinks are my favorites. We will definitely be back again. A plus for the cute furry cats
The beach is very well kept and there was always plenty of sunbeds everyday with drinks and snacks service available. The hotel is spotless clean rooms are cleaned daily
A fantastic experience in a fantastic hotel! Very friendly and kind staff. The cleaning ladies are awesome and leave the place spotless and with plenty of towels
Excellent position to have a nice evening walk and with a very nice provate beach
If you like to walk there is a lovely coastal walk to icmelar turning right from the hotel it takes about 1hour 30 mins stopping a couple of times on the way for drinks ,turning left out of the hotel another lovely long walk about 1hour 30mins to the harbour/marina where there are some lovely restaurants and lots of boats to view ,just before the marina there is also the main shopping bazaar where...
The location is great we got a sea view room which we highly recommend, sitting on the balcony anytime of day looking out to the sea and watching the world go by was lovely (the back facing rooms could be a little noisy as they look over another hotels pool that plays music all day ) This hotel is a really well run smaller, quiter hotel that really suited us
The breakfast is very good with lots of choice , very good different style eggs cooked fresh to your liking 👍 The hotel also have a lovely lunchtime menu and a evening meal menu that they give you 10% off if your staying at the hotel
Also DEFINITELY book yourself a Turkish bath and massage at the hotel with Denis!!!! Omg it was my first ever Turkish bath and massage and it's life changing !!! We will definitely be back
Shout out to Halil in the restaurant for his amazing service and also to Bobby and Diego on the entertainment team for the great time
The food for an all inclusive is top notch with plenty of choice. The staff are amazing and the hotel is super clean
There were always sunbeds available even if you weren’t down early in the morning to reserve them! Food was nice for an all inclusive in Turkey but did get a little repetitive near the end! But I would 100% stay here again!
If you're looking for a couples holiday where you can combine relaxing by the pool with shopping and beach thrown in, then this is the place for you
He was extremely helpful and the following morning, our room was changed to a bigger and more spacious room. The room was extremely clean and modern the cleaners did a wonderful job of refreshing our room each day

The food is delicious, with many different choices each day. The beach is only a minute away. I would recommend this hotel! Thank you again
The food is excellent, the service is very attentive. There is a small piece of beach - very convenient
The pool area is spacious, with plenty of sunbeds available—each benefiting from all-day sun exposure. One drawback, however, is the gym. The facility is significantly under-equipped for a 4-star hotel
The hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently close to local amenities and just a stone’s throw from the beach. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
there’s an ice cream hour where you can enjoy free ice cream by the pool, and coffee, tea, and juice are available 24 hours a day for free in the lobby. There are also complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the rooms
I had such an amazing time at the Ada Julian hotel. We stayed for a week, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff are all so so friendly, and polite. The spa was brilliant (thank you very much for the experiences)
The beach deserves a special mention; it was truly magnificent and one of the highlights of our stay. The food was delicious with great variety, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch
The best hotel; small but noce. Green and blues mewy each other. On the beach Menderes who works there as entertainer ready always guide; help and comfort you
And you must Discover all beaches od the National park with boat trip
It’s a very well-managed place that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. If you are looking for a peaceful family vacation in a great location, I highly recommend this hotel
Location of the hotel is just great - surrounded by forest and hills. It is calm and beautifull area. Hotel is very good, food is great and people who work there are the best
It is very comfortable and there is easy way to get bus (dolmuş) to Kuşadası. Thank you for such great holidays in Akbulut
During the days at the pool there was no fight for sunbeds, a good quiet atmosphere but one which also allowed for kids play, and a very chilled environment
Turkey has become very expensive, perhaps bodrum more so than most places. Maybe it’s inflation , maybe it’s greed , but tourists are deserting Turkey in droves to the cheaper resorts in Greece and elsewhere in Europe
The hotel itself is amazing, the pool is fantastic, the rooms are brilliant and all of the staff are very polite and helpful when needed!
We used the hotel as a base for visiting Pamukkale, Kos and the surrounding Bodrum area and then returning back to the luxurious pool and brilliant evening meal after long trips away
30/6pm most nights as they were clearing up and trying to set tables. It was still sunny and the sign at the pool actually said it closed at 7pm. After a long day out driving that extra hour would have been great
Finally, no ice cream for kids at the evening meal and really expensive for it during the day from the bar!
Overall we had a brilliant few weeks at the hotel, for the value we got we would 100% recommend it
There were probably around 60 tables set and we only ever saw ten maximum in use. It suited us great but anybody hoping for some nightlife and entertainment would not be suited to this hotel

The restaurant is top-notch, with every dish prepared to perfection (The risotto is world class). Special thanks to all the kitchen staff for the amazing food and warm service. If I could rate it a 6, I would
This was one of our best hotel experiences ever. the boutique hotel feeling, the serenity of the place, the luxurious interiors, the food at breakfast, the views, everything was truly perfect
Great hotel, with amazing views from all the rooms and walking distance from the center of Yalikavak. Service is a bit random, great at one point and totally lacking at another. Would happily stay here again though
The service of every staff member was really outstanding. In terms of location, it was about 20 - 25 minutes walk to the yalikavak marina which we didnt mind at all as it was nice views and was going down hill
The spa, pool, and gym were excellent, featuring a steam room, sauna, and salt room for recovery. We especially enjoyed the pier area with sunbeds and direct ocean access, always supervised by a lifeguard
I highly recommend a daily special so a car, which we did not have, would be smart. Overall one of the best beach boutique hotels. Hope to return and will always remember
The beach area is lovely and the water sports facilities were a highlight
We love lunch’s at Peoples overlooking the beach and taking the odd taxi into Bodrum. Thank you for another relaxing stay!
The facilities, food and drink are excellent quality and you feel like you are in great hands with a fabulous team - Berken, Secil and Asya were very helpful with answering our questions and arranging things for us
We went during quiet season and some restaurants were closed but the main buffet restaurant was outstanding in terms of variety and really good quality
We’ve stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum multiple times and it never disappoints
Rixos Love
Room was clean, spacious with a beautiful view !
Staff was professional and very helpful with a great attitude.

Rest in your hotel for many years and love it! Am asking help me in the fight with managers Robinson stars! Despite the fact that I spent over 50 nights at different hotels Robinson my status in the program increases
My family and I had a lovely stay at Robinson Sarigerme! We met so many wonderful people who have been coming here for over 10 years, which really says a lot about the special atmosphere and quality of this club
The Friday dinner at Waspo was amazing, with the whole team doing a fantastic job! Only thing was that around 10:30 pm did the DJ start playing songs that weren’t very danceable, which made the evening feel like it was winding down a bit too quickly
A huge highlight for us was the water sports area, Waspo. The facility is amazing for sailing and windsurfing, and the whole team is fantastic. Servet is super friendly and does his job incredibly well
We spent most of our time at Waspo and felt truly blessed to be part of such a welcoming and fun atmosphere. The team was also great in the evenings, making all the guests laugh and feel welcome
What stood out to me most was the atmosphere at the club: friendly, attentive people everywhere and a relaxed, respectful vibe all around. Rooms: Modern, well-equipped – although I spent almost the whole day outside

In September 2025 was my 6th visit to FAUSTİNA: four times I came with my family and twice alone. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday without animation - you'll definitely love it here
A Hidden Gem by the Sea – Hotel Faustina in Güzelçamlı
If you're looking for a peaceful escape with stunning sea views and direct access to the sea, Hotel Faustina in Güzelçamlı is a perfect choice
Truly an amazing place with a beautiful, friendly atmosphere. Our vacation with my mom was truly unforgettable! We have been here twice and we definitely plan to come back again and again
Falling asleep and waking up every day to the sound of the sea waves is so magical. If you have the opportunity- definitely book that one. The rooms themselves are well-maintained and equipped, and they were cleaned daily
Those, who enjoy walking, running, and cycling (there's a separate bike path) will be delighted. The port is also nearby, from which we could take daily boat excursions. Every time I came, I had a room with a sea view
Location & Atmosphere
Tucked away in a beautiful, not-overcrowded setting, this hotel offers a serene retreat where you can truly unwind. It feels delightfully un-touristy, providing the ideal ambiance for relaxation
Lovely hotel on the beach! Clean, the food is very tasty, the staff is very friendly and caring! We will definitely come back again here! Greetings from Bulgaria!
We stayed at the hotel recently and were satisfied. The territory is well-maintained, the rooms are clean, and cleaning was done regularly. The staff is friendly and always ready to help
The food is varied, you definitely won’t go hungry. The beach is not far, and the sea is clean. Overall, it’s a nice place for a relaxing vacation
Beach front location is very good, loungers could do with thicker mats on them but they keep the area very clean
Bar staff and front of house staff were all lovely…had some entertainment on when we were there but it was off peak and was starting to get busy by the end of our trip. The beds and the pillows were good too
Turkey is not covered with roaming so don’t even bother turning on your mobile data as you will get stung big time. Pool was good as were the two flumes - on a fixed times
Their hospitality was exceptional and always glad to help. They were kind and helpful at all times. The room was very clean each day. Nothing was too much for the staff. Food was fresh and abundant every day
Everything was perfect, the accommodation and staff, especially the receptionists and bartender Onur, all waiters especially Husseyn and Serhildan Jiyane, very polite
Thank you all staff, I am very happy to meet people like you, all the best to you guys! 🍀🥰💞👍Fam
The staff is very pleasant, although many don't speak English, but that wasn't a problem. Our first room was noisy, but we were immediately moved to another room without any problems
Was a lovely hotel food was abit of a let down but I must say the bar staff was brilliant I’d like to say in particular onar and hygsen was amazing to me and my partner will be returning next year
With its prime beachfront location, this hotel is a true paradise for beach lovers
We had a wonderfull week at Petunya. We got a quiet and renovated room. The cleaning lady was changing the towels and cleaning everyday and we had very pleasant conversations
From small minuses: there are few sun beds on the beach, and they are quite close to each other, I would like more space. There are also dogs running along the beach, which is a bit disturbing to rest
What is also really bad and unprasant is that, even if you reserve it you could face situation that local tourist come, move your towels and take your place (and do it even when you are at lunch brake) - no one will help you in that situation (security, hotel stuff
I know very well what 4 star hotels in Turkey means but: - beach is extremely small, and if you want to get sunbads and umbrella, you should wake up between 6 and 7 am
) - at beach whole day's some dogs without owner sleep, run, fight and no one clean after them it! - the big objection is the cleanliness of plates, glass, cups
The territory of the hotel is small, clean and compact, full of flowers and trees. The location of the hotel is perfect for evening walks. I was staying with my girls 5 and 9 years old. we really did not want to leave
A magnificent hotel!), in my opinion, the best in Oludeniz in terms of location and service. It's the only hotel with its own beach within walking distance
The water is well-entered, the sand is soft, and there are no waves, as the hotel is located in a lagoon. The receptionist was wonderful, Russian-speaking, and showed us around and was always available
The beach is ideal for children – fine sand with no waves, and a separate area for adults with direct access to the water
Excellent hotel, recently renovated, all inclusive system, customer-oriented service, I would like to mention the customer service manager Elena, good food, gorgeous territory in the lagoon, sandy beach
Fabulous 3 night stay for a birthday treat. We had a fabulous sea view room. The food and drinks were great, lots of choice at mealtimes. All staff were friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful hotel and we hope to return
The hotel is designed for a quiet getaway. The interior is modern and stylish. The food is moderately priced and delicious, with three meals a day, plus a snack during the day, ice cream, and bars

The food was down in the Restaurant ‚Happily‘. But if it would not have been included to our booking we would not eat more than twice there. The staff of the restaurant is very friendly and nice and trying hard
But they always either forget something or confuse the food. So all in all it is a nice stay with great location and good rooms. If you want better service and food you could look around somewhere else
Receptionist not very helpful, full info should be given once arrived and not having the need to then keep asking questions
We stayed one week at the Motto Premium. Currency Exchange Offices, stores and restaurants nearby
Overall it was not bad as it is near the beach but definitely not a 4 star hotel
This hotel is a very good choice for a short stay in Marmaris. The location is fine—just a 2-minute walk to a private beach

Ladies Beach - 0 min
Rooms a bit small but everything was fine. Cleaned every day and fresh towels. Pool area on the roof had lovely views over Kusadasi and was spotlessly clean. Lovely hotel on Ladies Beach and practically on the beach
Friendly staff, clean functioning rooms with a balcony and beach view. The location is perfect and Breakfast is great too. I would definitely stay again. Thanks to all the staff and keep up the good work 👍
Decided to stay an extra week on holiday and so I booked into the Asena room only. I had a wonderful sea view and it was lovely to sit out on my balcony, watch the world go by, people on the beach and swimming in the sea
Aging but clean hotel. Breakfast and evening dinner geared towards Europeans. Many Germans here but no fights over sunloungers which are free on the beach
No place for soaps/shampoo near the shower. The AC was almost out of use, being extremely old, which was a challenge in a hot and humid environment (and during the night the outside area was quite noisy)
Elevators are also old and from time to time one out of two was out of service
Gem of a place with great location. Location right on beach with relatively less people. small boutique hotel with personal touch. Lunch and dinner was not extravagant but very tasty
What a gem of a place can only recommend 👌 beautiful pool, attentive staff, sun beds right on the beach, with a pool bar and close to pretty much everything you need
Luvi Hotel is perfect for what it is if you are ok with the following;
Food - super fresh and generally healthy, wide veriety of salads, cerials, fresh bread, cheese etc - it can be repetitive after a week and the proteins could use a little more imagination/variety
Recommend taking your favorite condiment - hot sauce, salad dressing etc 👌
Music can be punnishingly repetitive. From 11am - 11pm - there seems to be a one hour loop of torture-cover songs that requires a DJ
I have it stuck in my head right now as im writing this from Amsterdam. If you ask nicely they do take sensible requests 🙏
Pool bar - awesome but limited, bar tenders make the most of it
Read some other reviews as there is some truth to the negatives. If you want a 5 star resort - can afford a 5 star resort - all inclusive - go pay for a 5 star resort
Family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. Lots of slides and water park for the kids which they all enjoyed. Food was ok, although quite repetitive. Staff were friendly and helpful
Lobby and Lobby Bar – ⭐⭐⭐
The lobby area is quite small for a hotel of this size and often crowded with guests checking out. It feels a bit isolated and lacks the grand atmosphere expected of a five-star property
The resort layout is compact and convenient — ideal for guests who prefer short walking distances — but service, food hygiene, and facilities were below par. At best, this is a 4-star property
Overall Impression – ⭐⭐⭐ (Realistically 4-Star)
While some areas like entertainment, the spa, and aquapark were excellent, the overall experience did not meet five-star expectations
We appreciated their thoughtful gesture of inviting us to have lunch before assigning our room, as the buffet was about to close. Checkout was equally smooth and well-handled
The lobby bar is also small, with a limited selection of drinks and not ideal for relaxing or taking photos. Staff were polite but not particularly attentive or engaging
Every night the guests were driven to Bodrum for free for a disco party aranged by the hotel. The beach was so near, you just need to cross a street and ist done, there you are
The rooms are in need of renovation. As for the location, everything is fine, nice beach
The beach is made by small stones but the underwater is everything sandy with perfectly clear water
The only one thing that should be changed or maybe corected is the lacking of good wifi conection especially in the hotel rooms where it wasnt available at all. In general perfect place to choose for a pleasent stay
Very small rooms, ok service, on the pricy side. The beach is nice, the sea was cold in July.
The rooms were fine for a maybe 3star hotel but so enough for a holiday, there was TV, Air Conditioner and refrigerator in every room. The rooms were cleaned up every single day from 10 o'clock and so on
We have stayed in over 60 All Inclusive Resorts throughout the years (many in Turkey) We always read reviews on varied Sites before booking a holiday, with our interests being cleanliness and although we are not fussy eaters, we do expect a reasonable and varied selection at the Main Restaurants, and at least the food to be at an acceptable temperature and an occasional menu change throughout our stay...
Was given our room No 3406 with key-cards and told the Lift was at the end of the corridor, so onward with all our luggage into the lift and got off at 3rd floor – up and down 2 corridors but no room 3406, then noticed all rooms on this 3rd floor started with a 2 so back into the Lift to try 4th floor where we eventually found our room, knackered and sweating by this stage
Tui booked 2-week holiday 18 Sep – 2 Oct 25 my Wife and I We took the Tui provided Minibus from the Airport which had 2 drop offs at Icmeler then the mountain road to Turunc where we didn’t see anything as it was dark but no problems on route
I will also briefly comment on some negative things that I have seen in other reviews which we did not find a problem with. We are a retired couple from Scotland (young at Heart and usually last to leave a Party)
Ok so not really a major problem for us but the first time this has happened. Positive part of this – I saved a Bellboy Tip, but it did leave us thinking what is the rest of this hotel going to be like
Its just quite a hike from the Airport (over 2 hrs). Saved £5 on check in at 0300hrs😊. Had to lug our suitcases from the Minibus into Reception while a male member of Staff stood and watched
