Overall good value for money. Ignore the bad reviews, staff make an effort to make this a nice experience with quick bar service and good quality food. We were even given a bit of a sea view, which was a pleasant surprise. Location is great right
on the beach, although this could do with more cleaning. Only downside is the breakfast with very little choice. You will struggle finding much food if you like your sleep like us.

All inclusive stay, wish I was self catering Location good.
Rooms very small but clean.
For a large hotel NO ENTERTAINMENT they need to keep up with the times.
I kept the best for last THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE not a lot of choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and the snacks are disgusting, if you can call them snacks, everything is overcooked and they can't seem to keep the food hot, the only choice is take it or leave it, and that goes for the drinks too, sofa's and alcoholic very limited, please take on board my review as this is true and factual,

We stayed here in August 2025 and had a really nice time overall.
The hotel is in a great location—just a short walk from both the beach and the main road, which made it super convenient. The pool area is lovely and a great place to relax, although some guests lacked consideration and behaved as if they owned the place, which was a bit frustrating.
The staff were genuinely lovely—always helpful and friendly. At no point did we feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.
A few things to keep in mind if you're a bit picky: the food selection at breakfast and lunch was quite limited. Dinner was the highlight, with more variety and live cooking stations outdoors, which added a nice touch.
One minor downside is the noise from a neighboring hotel, but it quiets down at night and didn’t affect our sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kayamaris! The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious and varied, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect – close to the beach and the city center. We would gladly come back again!

We had an amazing experience. Thank you so much. Everything is perfect and nice. All the stuff are friendly and approachable. The open buffet and the unlimited drinks are my favorites. We will definitely be back again. A plus for the cute furry cats. Thank you for letting us experience a beautiful staycation.

was a bit sceptical about hotels in turkey IV had a bad experience before but can honestly say this holiday was lovely the hotel and staff are lovely the food was great something different every meal time except breakfast service but the chef does the most amazing omelette,they don't have entertainment in the evening but you have all different bars near by and the beach 1 minute away,

For a 4 star hotel its food is very tasty and has variety there are chickrn fish and meat wich are very well prepared along side with pasta rice fries and some turkish dishes wich I dont know there name . Salad and other cooked veggies are available too and the deserts are very good . The breakfast has also many choices like eggs (scrambled,hard boiled,fried...) sausages, beans , cornflakes, juice and milk dispensers along side a tea and coffe dispenser and veggies and pancakes are also available.
The rooms are very good for a 4 star hotel. 2 beds one queen size and a side bed wich are nice not too soft tho. The room service ladies are nice and freindly and do a very good job (P.S: No towels available for the beach and pool bring yours with you and the safe case in the rooms are extra cost). The hotel beach is very small (10 meters wide something like that) and the pool is not deep 110cm max . No night life so if you want to party you have to go to nearby pubs wich are kind of expensive (40$/person) Not like the hotels right next to this one wich put music and have DJ's some nights. The receptionist is freindly and helpful .

How this hotel is a 4star is beyond me the rooms air con is a waste of time it’s so hot here at the minute not had a proper nights sleep since Iv been here . The bed is like sleeping on a stone slab it’s so small & low . The food is rubbish same thing every morning fried eggs never really your lucky if the guy that cooks um is actually there . Dinner food ( I wouldn’t call it a meal ) is worse your waiting around for the to cook the food outside. Can’t get a sunbed at all the or a chair at night for the one bar . The only good thing about this place is the shop it’s open 24 hrs and not a bad price and the rooms are clean

Lovely staff, clean rooms, but the food was absolutely atrocious the cheapest of cheap food was dished up everyday chicken nuggets chicken dish boiled up beef tough turkey all in disgusting sauces and everyday there was the same old mackerel? no ice cream ,no custard. Fried eggs in the morning were burnt on the bottom and snotty on the top I asked for a easy over eggs and look what I got picture included. Bar shuts at dead on 11 and then he turns all the lights off so you're sitting in the dark enough to say go up to your rooms now so if you want to lose weight this is the hotel avoid.
