The service is very friendly. The rooms are large and clean, which is the most important thing. The hotel’s location is excellent. Breakfast is also nice, with a good variety of options. Also, from 4 to 5 p.m. there’s an ice cream hour where you can enjoy free ice cream by the pool, and coffee, tea, and juice are available 24 hours a day for free in the lobby. There are also complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the rooms.
A small downside is that there’s no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, but that didn’t bother us much since we brought our own.
The room size and comfort are truly great, I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel deserves a 3-star rating at most. The towels are old and yellowed, there are stains on the walls in the room from drinks and other things, there are no toothbrushes/paste, shampoo, or body lotion, the buffet is very meager, and the hotel is mostly staffed by Chinese people, apparently just passing through on bus tours. Overall, there's not even a hint of a 4-star hotel here.

I had such an amazing time at the Ada Julian hotel. We stayed for a week, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff are all so so friendly, and polite. The spa was brilliant (thank you very much for the experiences). The food is delicious, with many different choices each day. The beach is only a minute away. I would recommend this hotel! Thank you again.

In a pretty good location for beach and amenities, rooms are of a decent size but you have to request them cleaned.
Food and food selection is poor at best, same offerings presented differently every day.
Hotel management really needs to learn some manners and maybe attend a customer relations course although the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Has a 4 star rating on the plaque outside, would rate as 2+ at best.

Good hotel for a short stay.
The food is excellent, the service is very attentive.
There is a small piece of beach - very convenient.
Our room was huge on the 5th floor with a large bathroom and a balcony!
They checked us in right away - it was very nice, since we arrived at 10 am.

The hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently close to local amenities and just a stone’s throw from the beach. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool area is spacious, with plenty of sunbeds available—each benefiting from all-day sun exposure.
One drawback, however, is the gym. The facility is significantly under-equipped for a 4-star hotel. It features only three sets of free weights, with the heaviest being 10kg. Additionally, the benches are outdated, and the treadmills were not functioning during my stay. As someone who enjoys maintaining a training routine while on holiday, this was quite disappointing. I ended up using a local gym nearby, which offered far superior facilities.
A noteworthy perk is the hotel’s private beach access, which includes complimentary sunbeds. However, this feature is not advertised or signposted, and I only discovered it by chance.

The location is amazing! 😊 The pool is gorgeous, very clean, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. Our room was spotless with plenty of space, and the bathroom was large with a nice walk-in shower. The staff were helpful, especially the cleaning team – they do a fantastic job!
Negatives:
We chose the all-inclusive option – don’t do it. For beer drinkers, there’s only one beer on draft, and it’s not even the local one. The cocktails are awful, coming from a machine and served in terrible plastic cups. The food was disappointing overall. I asked for ice cream and was told it’s only served at 4 PM. When the time came, the queue was around the corner – it honestly felt like feeding time at the zoo. Lunch was awful, and dinner was only occasionally okay.
We ended up eating out most nights – the restaurants on the strip are all fantastic. It felt like the hotel didn’t really want you to eat or drink there.
I would stay here again for the location and the facilities, but I definitely wouldn’t choose the all-inclusive option next time.

There was no heating and no hot water it was a nightmare and the facilities are a lie. The spa isnt open and nor is the sauna. At night it was impossible to sleep due to the cold

The hotel was average, the only problem we had which was a major one was NO HOT WATER for the duration of our stay. We complained daily along with other guests, but it was talking to a brick wall.
