I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The rooms were well-equipped, spacious, and offered lovely views. The hotel features beautiful pools and hot springs that were perfect for relaxation. In the evenings, there was live music, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great getaway!

The best asset of this property is undoubtedly its staff! They were all incredibly welcoming and committed to creating the best possible experience. However, the hotel itself is showing its age, evident in the condition of the rooms and overall facilities. While the staff's hospitality is top-notch, I wouldn’t recommend it for an extended stay due to the outdated amenities.

Wonderful people (from entrance to exit). Professional hospitality with a kind heart that makes you feel like at home away from home.
Rooms and facilities are top notch, new, aestheticly nice. I found nothing to complain about (sometimes I am notorious)
Location is very close to central "happening" points on interest but not in walking distance. A magical vista presents itself after sundown. With cup of coffee or drink you'll lose track of time.
Special kudos and shout out to the PR lady Müzeyyen. She is a maestro. She makes things happen and helps you create memories

This is such an amazing hotel, it deserves to be a 5 star. It got a spa, 3 different pools, and a playground. The buffet has very incredible foods. Also, the rooms are very clean.

Larina thermal resort otele 26-30 Temmuz giriş yaptım ama yapmaz olaydım bu kadar mı kirli pis bir ortam olur biraz olsun denetlenir otel nasıl bir otel çıkış yapmak istedim ama resepsiyonda çalışan bayan yok onunla ( muhasebe) ile şu ilgileniyor yok bu ilgileniyor diyerek bizi başından savdı velhasıl paramızla rezil bir 4 gece geçiremeden 3 geceden çıkış yaptık fazla dayanamadım hastalık kaptım çünkü. Bizi bir odaya verdiler ilk başta odanın tuvaletinde sular akmıyor şikayet ede ede bizi ertesi gün başka odaya aldılar tuvalet akıtıyor prizler çalışmıyor tv buzdolapı kendine bir haber havuz desen adam sabah 09. Da temizlemeye başlıyor saat 12:00 a kadar bitirmeden temizliği millet dayanamayıp giriyor ve o şekilde kalıyor soğuk su desen hiç yok paranla alıyorsun birdaha böyle otele gelmek mi tövbeler tövbesi böyle bir işletmede kalmak kimseye de tavsiye etmiyorum bu oteli kesinlikle paranızı göndermeden önce imkanınız var ise gelin oteli görün o şekilde kalın yoksa çok pişman olursunuz personellerine bir şey soruyorum ( ayrıca misafirmi personel mi ) zor bularak ben yeni giriş yaptım otele bilmiyorum gibi cevaplar veriliyor ben az yazdım siz çok anlayın yazık edersiniz gününüze

Worst experience
I don’t know how they are in business. Really terrible service. They kade us change 3rooms because their flush doesn’t work. Atlast gave us a room where the main door doesn’t lock. On top of that they had the audacity to suggest us to block the door with a dresser. Unbelievable 😒

Nice thermal pool (indoor and outdoor) with regular pools (in and out) as well, spa options; decent food. Rooms were nice and quiet.

Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel in Türkiye. Room was filthy, bathroom was not clean. Rooms smell like someone was smoking. No hot water and no soap. Food is bad. Service terrible, did not offered anything to drink. Music in pool very load until very late in night. Would not recommend.

Ailecek otelin tadını sonuna kadar çıkardık. Toplamda 4 gece kalacaktık aslında ama bir gece daha uzatmak istedi bizim çocuklar, biz de istiyorduk zaten çok iyi oldu. En az 1 hafta kalıp iyice doymak isterdik. Tadı damağımızda kaldı diyebilirim.
