The hotel is located close to the sea, with many markets and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean overall, the breakfast variety was satisfying, the view from the lounge is excellent, and it's quite successful for its class. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the weak internet connection.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! It’s in a perfect location — only about a 3-minute walk to Ladies Beach and the beautiful promenade. The atmosphere at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming, and the food was really good. We also had WiFi in our room, even though the listing said it was only available at the reception, which was a nice surprise. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended...

The view from the room was extraordinary, you could see the sea and it has big windows and a cute little balcony BUT there’s no wifi service in the rooms and you have to go to the lobby to access internet and there’s too many flys and mosquitoes in the area Also the elevators are so old and actually one of two broke during my staying so I usually had to take the stairs and i was in 5th floor ☹️

I came to the hotel with my husband, we were here for 1 week and we loved everything about here! 😍 Hotel has beautiful view, they give us room which seeing the sea, it was perfect to wake up with that view. Tnx for everything we will come again and again

This hotel is next to the one of the most beautiful beaches in turkiyeh Although you shouldn't expect a high quality meals. Of you are in tight budget, I highly recommend you. Many local shop are oit side and accessible. And also, shops fot souvenirs.

This is a 2-star hotel, so you shouldn't have great expectations. The rooms are modest, but there is an air-conditioning and a TV. There is a nice terrace restaurant on the top of the hotel, which has a nice view, but the food and drinks they offer are disappointing.

Owners and workers are super friendly. They will do everything to make you feel comfortable in their hotel. Hotel is bit older, but the atmosphere is amazing. Food was great. Dinner was awesome. They are helpful with the information and maps. Everything was great.

Perfect for a short stay. Breakfast could be a bit more dynamic. Not enough choice, but good for vegetarians.

The property is centrally located near the port/marina stores and restaurants. A short bus ride to ladies beach! The main issue was how loud it is. The street noise at night is crazy. Amazing breakfast buffet on the top floor

Very accommodating The breakfast was delicious. Staff accommodated our early ferry by starting breakfast 1/2 hour before the regular time. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean although very small

The rooms were clean but a bit small. It's right on the seafront in the center of Kuşadası. Breakfast was very good. We had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. The staff seemed a bit inadequate. The reception desk was attentive and helpful.

Great location, literally 1 minute walk to the coastal line, walkable distance to restaurants and shops. Manger was very helpful and patient to help. Basic needs for short stay is recommended!

The hotel has a great location, in the very center of the beautiful city of Kusadasi, you can walk to the central beach, all shops, restaurants, places of rest and entertainment are within walking distance. A very decent hotel for such a price. I recommend it.

This hotel is very well located, walking distance to the waterside, shopping, restaurants etc. The staff are absolutely exceptional and go above and beyond. Breakfast was nice. The rooms would benefit from an upgrade.

I would like to thank Mr. Resul, the manager of the Karya Hotel and the hotel staff, where we stayed as the Manisaspor infrastructure team in Kuşadası, where we came for the Altınordu U12 Cup Tournament, for their interest and sincerity.

The hotel is very mediocre. It was ok for 3 guys staying 1 night and i guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend for a whole family but its ok if your on a budget. Trying to charge us for water at breakfast was a bit of downer.

It really is the best hotel you can find at this price. Both the location is in a nice and safe place, and the bosses and employees are so good and smiling that you really don't feel alienated at all, they even see you as one of the family. Very cool location od the hotel, amazing quiet place with it's own swimming pool, so even no need to go to the beach. It's a family business and everyone is super mega friendly, treat you like a member of their family, so you get this nice warm feeling inside of you. Rooms are clean, facilities as well. I've met many guests, who have been coming here for more than 10 years due to this pleasant atmosphere...

for the price, the hotel is 10/10, I will definitely come back again, the employees and the owners are some of the best people I have met in my life.

All in all - an amazing experience. It's a family run hotel, run by great and friendly people who provided service the whole day AND night for us! The rooms are exactly what you pay for, clean and small. It's one of my favorite experiences in a hotel, even though it's so small, it's wonderfully charming.
