We found this hotel last minute and I am so glad we did. It was brilliant in every way! The staff, the room, the views, location and wow the variety of food available at the buffet was exceptional! We enjoyed our stay at Charisma Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view to the ocean. We loved the beach and pool area, as well as the breakfast.

Love the valet service - no need to hunt for parking lots! Room is clean and reasonably comfortable. Plus point is Starbucks within the establishment. Breakfast is a spread but quality is wanting.

One of the best hotels that we have stayed in. I really wished I had booked the sea facing room as the property has great balcony space for people to enjoy. We only stayed one night but it was amazing. The room was clean and big and had a balcony overlooking the port. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The breakfast was nice to get us on our adventure in good time. The only thing that was not fantastic was the bed cover. Would have preferred a duvet but everyone is different. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a perfect location (elevator from the waterfront level), has beautiful rooms with a great view over Kusadasi, really friendly staff who offers great service (car pickup included) and serves nice breakfast on a balcony above town. Highly recommended!

Hotel location and staff were excellent but property condition was poor and owner did not care to fix the shower door.

A bit run down. There was no internet in the rooms but they moved us. Breakfast was basic. However, the location was fabulous, very near the sea front, and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

The property is centrally located near the port/marina stores and restaurants. A short bus ride to ladies beach! The main issue was how loud it is. The street noise at night is crazy. Amazing breakfast buffet on the top floor

The rooms were clean but a bit small. It's right on the seafront in the center of Kuşadası. Breakfast was very good. We had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. The staff seemed a bit inadequate. The reception desk was attentive and helpful.

Great location, literally 1 minute walk to the coastal line, walkable distance to restaurants and shops. Manger was very helpful and patient to help. Basic needs for short stay is recommended!
