It is a basic hotel, check in was easy and pleasant. The breakfast is basic but suits me fine and the staff are friendly, pleasant and welcoming. It is a short walk to the town centre and cruise ship terminal. The room was spacious and basic but comfortable, the bed was great for me, the bathroom room is basic but functional. Overall for £30 a night it is value for money and makes for a great base to explore Kusadasi . The tv did not work but that was a bonus for me. The balcony was small but functional and could have benefited with a table. Overall i will definitely stay here again and enjoy the experience.

There was NO hot water and the shower head broken. There was a damaged hand held shower head which did not even have a hook on the wall.
Very disappointed. Everything was old. It does need a TLC

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for a week, what a wonderful experience, the owners Ayhan and his wife Aslan were so helpful and accommodating, like visiting family. The other staff members were so friendly and very efficient. The dinner in the evening was so tasty. It is in a good location and everything is accessible. Before arrival I contacted the hotel to arrange transfer by taxi ,,this was not a problem and the transfer by private taxi was arranged for 55 euros, a saving of a minimum of 15 euros so worth keeping in mind when booking. Definitely be back soon, many thanks to all at Dias hotel x

I have been going to Kusadasi Turkey for 30 years and stayed in many hotels decided to go to the Dias Hotel this year and was plesently surprised Ayhan Hussain and all the staff at the Dias are some of the most friendly and welcoming people that I have met in kusadasi in all my visits there they do everything that they can to make there guests stay a very enjoyable one . The room that I was in 310 was large enough for my needs, and comfortable with free air conditioning, towels changed and room cleaned every day. Breakfast from 8 to 10am was the usual Turkish breakfast of eggs cheese tomatoes cucumber olives melon bread and tea omelets were available on request Evening meals are available at the very reasonable price of around 300tl =£7 the Dias supplies safes free of charge The Dias Hotel is a nice hotel to stay at if you intend to visit Kusadasi most of the other guests there during my stay had been returning to the Dias year-on-year which in my experience is not surprising, I will certainly stay there again. Without a doubt, the best, friendliest, kindest, great fun and cleanest hotel I've stayed in Turkey. Ayhan and his team could not be more helpful, kind, fun loving and generous. The staff speak English, Serbian and Turkish. It is a stone's throw from the bus station and two supermarkets. There is a corner shop along the footpath. The dolmus to the beach stops outside the door. It is a walk into the Centrum. Breakfast is Meditteranean and fresh every morning. The rooms are spotless clean. Any thing needing fixed/repaired is carried out on the same day. Nothing is too much trouble. I would not stay anywhere else in Kusadasi. Thank you to my Turkish family for the most perfect of holidays. Lorna Evans x

Terrible hotel looks nice from the outside inside is extremely dated and very worn Dirty sheets and ragged bedding No high speed Wi-Fi as advertised Tv is from the 1980’s Bathroom the sink is not attached to the pedestal and very marked shower trays I could go on but I think by now you are getting the idea Lift broke down

Dias is a friendly family owned hotel that has had a recent facelift. I stay at the Dias any time I'm in Kuşadası, and am always sure of a warm reception. Good food and friendly staff make sure my stay is pleasant. Close to the centre of Kuşadası where there are plentiful shops and restaurants
