1st Time going to Turkey, We had a lovely time, the weather was nice and HOT. The hotel was close to many shops and Restaurants. Was also close to Beach. The Hoilday Rep(Pasha) was a lovely Guy he recommended many different days out. We chose a boat ride for the day and had a fantastic day. 👌memorable The only ick I would say is the hotel needs to make the hotel rooms have a bit better choice with TV channels. I would definitely Return.

This hotel is amazing food lush always something to eat.. salads amazing , bread to die for.. staff are lovely.. pool was freezing but to be expected.. and no towels provided so buy some cheap nearby..but heard they are going to get it heated for next year.. the hotel is very central loads of shops nearby.. umbrella st literally around the corner. Beach is lovely to.. rooms are enough tbh but wardrobe space isn't big enough.. but hey ho.. We had a bad experience at the airport with my husband but it didn't stop us enjoying.. The place was shutting down but cater to top standard.. the shops nearby were practically giving goods away.. We did the turtle trip.. long long day and no turtles lots of on off boats to different places.. We are looking to go back already.. so start booking and get packing Drinks were good.. but no rum . Cleaners every day and water provided.. Lovely weather this time of year also

Not the hotel, but this is the location of the liverpool bar in icmeler, great atmosphere good service while watching the games.

All round very good, the staff in general are awesome the bar staff Habip, Omer and the others were all brilliant great to talk with and have a laugh, really made my holiday! Thanks guys
Only negatives for me was the spar indoor pool was empty all week, and the shower would cut out for a few seconds at times at peak times in the room that is.

I would like to highlight the exceptional professionalism and calm shown by Carlos, Mario, and Ell during a very difficult situation involving an aggressive guest. Their ability to de-escalate the situation swiftly and respectfully was truly impressive. Despite the intensity of the moment, they remained composed, courteous, and completely professional throughout. What stood out most was how safe and reassured they made us feel. It’s never easy dealing with difficult guests, but Carlos, Mario, and Ell handled everything with such grace and care that it turned a potentially unsettling experience into a demonstration of just how committed the staff are to guest safety and comfort. Beyond that, the hotel itself was clean, welcoming, and well-managed. It’s clear the team here takes pride in creating a positive environment. I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service, and I will absolutely be returning and recommending this place to others.

Absolutely brilliant just back from 12 nights at adult. What can I say hotel great, rooms and hotel spotless. All the staff from cleaners to restaurant, bar and reception amazing. Food this year was really good plenty of choice, even though it was a lot of chicken but served in so many different ways. Would definitely recommend this hotel didn't want to leave

I returned from 2 weeks all inclusive yesterday with my friends and we had an absolute ball.
All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was ever a problem. The bar and restaurant staff were lovely and very polite and we were always met with a smile. The food was amazing and there was always something on the menu for us and we never went hungry.
The hotel was absolutely spotless and we can't find fault in anything.
We enjoyed it so much so that we are currently planning our next trip to the hotel.

Very good hotel! Were in October 2017. It was always clean. the staff is polite, the food is excellent. There is no green area, but there is no particular need for this, since in Icmeler there are mountains and forests around.

Very cozy hotel, sooooo friendly staff, waiters, administrator. Rooms are cleaned every day, plenty of towels, beach towels and safe deposit floor. The hotel has a hammam, it costs $15, you don't have to go anywhere. From the hotel, mountain views in all 4 directions, wonderful air. To the sea 4 minutes walk. In general, a piece of paradise.
