My children love the entertainment and special mention to Murat, who always likes to make sure everyone has a brilliant time despite the weather

The setting is attractive, with extensive greenery throughout the grounds. Positives: The property has one outdoor pool and one indoor heated pool for adults, as well as a heated family pool in the spa area

Today: main pool closed, relax pool closed, sauna closed, steam room closed, lemon cafe closed, bubble tea closed, Ice cream closed, Italian closed, jetty access closed. No space at the one remaining à la carte all week

A special mention has to go to Murat—his energy is brilliant! My husband Michael absolutely loved playing boccia and darts with him. He really knows how to get everyone involved and having a great time

Even as a very picky eater, I always found plenty to enjoy, which says a lot! The staff consistently make sure everything is clean and tidy, and the level of service is second to none

This hotel has truly become like a second home to me. From the moment you arrive, everyone is so friendly and welcoming—they really go out of their way to make your stay feel special

Have just got back from our stay at this hotel - myself and 2 children aged 11 and 12. I’ll start with the only negative… We arrived late, 11:50pm and the 3rd bed hadn’t been put in the room

The only criticism is, we were constantly approached by hotel sellers, both by the pool and in lobby bar area - hairdresser, photographer, excursions, spa, massage etc

I’ve had such a good time here the food is amazing, the staff are so nice and the entertainment team is amazing always making sure everyone is enjoying their self’s!

Nice and quiet around the pool, because we came at the end of the season! The entertainment team is great we enjoyed playing the games around the pool

Big family swimming pool with bars, beach front and adults swimming pool. It’s a big resort with shops, restaurants and a pharmacy/doctor

We had such a lovely time here. For our first time in Turkey I am glad I picked Orka Lotus hotel. It is super clean, lots of options for food, great pools and slides for the children

Some days the music was a little loud but we still loved it. We didn't use the smaller pools or the adults only one as they weren't heated. The waterslides were open every day from 10. 30 and again from 2 to 4 (approx)

Pool and Beach - We were in the main pool everyday, gorgeous pool area with spectacular views. The pool bar is lovely and although we didn't participate in the entertainment the staff were so friendly

My family and I stayed in the Orka Lotus Beach for a week beginning March 17th in a family room. Here's a little breakdown of our thoughts. Room - The room (6611) was perfect for our family of 5

Great fun but be warned the water is freezing! The beach is great, only steps from the pool and with a beach bar too. The scenery surrounding the area is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing

This is a great location for families with kids. It's an old hotel but with plenty going on. The football pitch was a hit with my kids. The pool is well kept and the two slides are ok

The sea front is stunning with mountain views, it looks more like a huge lake and the sea was crystal clear with loads of fish

Access to the pool, sea, and other amenities is very easy. The sea was Blue Flag-winning. The pool was clean and refreshing. The restaurant was spacious, with delicious and varied food

Transfers from the airport to the hotel can be made by private vehicle. The hotel has a covered parking garage with 12-15 vehicles. Those who cannot find a space can park their vehicles in the open parking lot

It was possible to try local specialties like kebabs, soups, pide, and desserts. The entertainment and show team were excellent. I would also like to thank the Front Office Staff Ms

He went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Ugur was attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with a smile, and genuinely sweet in his manner

There was so much to do we only left the hotel twice for excursions. We actually loved it that much, 3 days after coming home we have booked up again but for 2 weeks in the summer

The Green Nature Resort and Spa is a brilliant hotel. The service I received from mainly Rojda was exceptional and always with a smile. The rooms, food, staff and entertainment very also very good

We had plenty nights out and coming back to the hotel at early hours lol made it even better that they had a sandwich bar open for the party animals, or even if you got peckish during the night you could just nip down and make yourself a sandwich! Food was brilliant, room was clean and nice, the air con was great aswell kept the room cool and was very quick to cool the room , the cleaners were lovely...

The entertainment could also be improved, as it wasn’t always the most engaging in the evenings. That said, the facilities, pool area, and relaxing environment more than made up for it, and it’s a great place to unwind

The staff were always friendly and helpful, which really added to the stay. The food was generally tasty and there was always plenty to choose from, though I did find it a little repetitive after a few days

I recently stayed at the Grand Pasa Hotel and overall had a lovely experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms and a welcoming atmosphere

All in all, the Grand Pasa Hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially for those who want to relax in a clean, welcoming environment

There is a Pine Restaurant which only opens up lunch time and provides burgers, salads, wraps etc but would not recommend as food was cold. There is a Lobby Bar is open 24 hours providing coffee and alcohol

Great trip - hotel is lovely great for families coffee from the coffee shop is amazing from Rojin and cocktails from Elyas

Stayed for 2wks on a family holiday during the peak season in the latter part of August. We had a great holiday and considering coming back next year

There are so many positives with this hotel, too many to list however, my top points are: staff were great, family rooms (2x bedrooms + 2x bathrooms), pool is big allowing inflatables for the kids, beach with jetty, boat trip from hotel, music, DJ sessions and entertainment

We arrived in a Tuesday and the entertainment that night was a DJ playing very loud dance music until midnight. I overheard more than one person complaining about it in reception because, again, this is a family resort

Here you will be served drinks all day long by a very happy barman. The pools for us were too shaded and very cold, but we did go in a few times. The indoor pool is really warm but small

The Yolo entertainment team really make the hotel stay with their energy and endless activities poolside, darts, water polo, killers pool table, and different shows every night

Special mention to Pelin, Pinar and Serenay, they are so helpful. The lunchtime snack bar is the best one out of all of the hotels that we have been to, you are spoilt for choice

Bar staff are good and remembered what we drank. The pool staff keep the area clean. Gurkan will go out of his way to help you. The pools are thoroughly cleaned every night

Stayed here for 9 nights with my sister and we loved it! wide variety of food, we especially loved the snack bar. The rooms are basic but have everything you need and are clean

There is a massive choice for breakfast, something for everyone. A wide variety of cooked and cold dishes at dinner time, together with the Street Food section by the restaurant

Visited the emre 2 times and is always amazing,staff are super pleasant and will always have a joke with you, aisa and Fatma was super kind to us and made our stay a lot better! Would recommend coming here as it’s a very enjoyable hotel to stay at!

There are many shops nearby which we didn't really go to but we saw many people did. Marmaris city centre is about 3. 5km walking distance away and has a lovely castle and museum I recommend visiting

We didn't stay at Emre this year, after 7 years but we do still go back to visit Omar the hairdresser in the hotel. He is the best in Turkey and his bouncy blow dries are out of this world

We are a party of 3 and it was very reasonable priced and well worth the money and we all came away feeling like a million dollars!! Very friendly and welcoming and very handsome!!! 🤣🤣

The staff at the reception to the bell boy and the cleaning ladies so so happy to help our room and the place itself exceptionally clean, they took pride in their hospitality, service and cleaning

Believe me it’s small and empty most of the time due to the near sub zero temperature of the water. There is an indoor pool, it appears slightly warmer

He liked the design of hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. Good, tasty food. Their free sunbeds on the beach and by the pool.

In a word “None” honestly this is a real let down it’s an adult only and some being elderly need somewhere comfortable to sit and relax to chat with friends, family etc but honestly there are only 6 chairs in the reception with for the most part reps use to try to sell you trips etc

There is from what I could find 1 wc in foyer area. Stairs to all floors 2 lifts one in each block overlooking a small pool. It looks much bigger on the web page

Rooms are immaculate, food is good (buffet) drinks are local but who cares. Jimmy and Ismail are just the best. They don't have much in the way of entertainment so perfect if you need a quiet break away from it all

Our main concern was that the hotel was advertised by our tour operator as having been “fully refurbished in 2023” with a “top-to-toe refurbishment” and described as “shiny new. ” This was a key reason we chose it

One lit of sweets went out around 12 o'clock and it was swiftly devoured by one family. There was no replacement for the duration of our visit

For those reasons I wouldn’t say the holiday was terrible, but there were several issues that meant it didn’t match what we believed we had booked

The hotel did try to assist by moving us to different rooms, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the condition was similar throughout

We had issues with cleanliness and general wear and tear and ended up moving rooms multiple times during the stay

However, when we arrived the rooms we were shown were clearly quite tired and did not appear recently renovated

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great location on the water and modern. Highly recommend. Only thing I disliked was the pillows. They were high and hard.

I visited Sky Spa and Fitness at this hotel after reading reviews. This was no disappointment and one of my best experiences during my time in Turkey. After advice I opted for a hammam and a massage

It is one of the best hotels in İçmeler with an all-inclusive concept. The food is especially amazing. I would like to thank the chef, especially the sales manager Mrs Seçil and the waiter Mr Saygın for their attention

Only one thing I would say that has nothing to do with the hotel is The Shake Bar opposite which pumps out music until 12am sometimes later. If your room over looks that it maybe a pain for you

It was also a bit confusing figuring out which pools we were allowed to use, as there were two and no clear signage or communication about the differences

It took nearly an hour to get a response from management — and only because a helpful receptionist kept chasing it up with upper management. Eventually, the issue was resolved, but it was a frustrating start to our stay

The food was down in the Restaurant ‚Happily‘. But if it would not have been included to our booking we would not eat more than twice there. The staff of the restaurant is very friendly and nice and trying hard

But they always either forget something or confuse the food. So all in all it is a nice stay with great location and good rooms. If you want better service and food you could look around somewhere else

The hotel was ok, clean and fairly new. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are really loud clubs adjacent to the hotel which play really loud music until 00:30

The windows weren’t great and found it impossible to sleep until the clubs closed each night. Finding street parking in the area can be challenging

Such a fun and creative photo session Also spa manager Tayfun is very professional and keeps spa and indoor pool in great condition! What a great job he does!!! Amazing holiday

I truly recommend that hotel, I have booked that through Plan my Luxe with Jordan, its been amazing experience for all my family 3 kids, one disable person and one elderly, food was brilliant and there was so much fun for kids ! Everything went so smoothly and well organised!!!! There always professional support if needed 24/7

Pool was cold as it was October but it didn't put anyone off. pool is cleaned and tested numerous times. outside area cleaned and hosed daily or more. All staff are courteous, friendly and helpful and work hard

Some of the sunbeds could definitely be replaced as not in great condition but still usable. most are close together but some aren't. There are plenty of safety matts around the pool so you can avoid slipping

We (family of 4) visited Mamaris for the first time and stayed at Grand Cettia hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received exceptional service from all the staff

Our boys enjoyed themselves with different games and a great deal of time in both the indoor and outdoor pool

We Booked this hotel with our family mid summer. We tried to escape the busy places and busy swimmingpools in Europe. Great room, great food and such friendly people in the hotel

We have visiter this hotel many times, and we had planned to visit this Elegance hotel and Marmaris again 27th June, but because of COVID-19 situation, our trip were cancelled, we are sure that the hotel and reception and personal is doing, what is needed to make our visit safe

The welness is beautifull, we enjoyed the beautysalon both with such friendly people. We enjoyed the pianobar and the coffeebar. Music at the front pool was to loud for us

We will return to Elegance hotel when we are again allowed to enter Turkey

The silent pool (ie without music etc. ) was excellent for unwinding, with food and drink available poolside

The Silence Pool Bar was disappointing — poor food options and even ran out of basic drinks like lemonade. Food at lunchtime very limited and not very tasty

But she also had good customer service as not only did she remember the drinks I like but she also learnt & remembered my name as well as my daughter's name. The entertainment guys are great too, alsways kept us assumd

I would like to also give special shout out to Mesut from the restaurant,he is an amazing guy, always smiling, attentive and pleasant. Sila (upstairs bar) was also lovely and always smiling

but one time we got to the hotel very late and the man at the checking was not very nice. But all the over time was great The food was very nice. The food was very cold and tasteless. The chef was not helpfully at all

Lovely hotel, in a great location with amenities not far away; rooms are clean. I must stress that all the staff are friendly, accommodating and overall the hotel has a good atmosphere

The pool area was nice, and plenty of sun loungers. Spa- the spa was amazing!! My husband and I visited twice and had amazing massages and Spa treatments, very friendly staff that work very hard

Special thanks to Marco, Nadiye and Omang, they were amazing. A few cons, there was no iron in the hotel room and you had to pay extra for this. They hotel can get very noisy, especially if your on floor 1 or 2
