We recently stayed here for a 2 week holiday. We got dropped off at 3:30am on our arrival to the hotel and the coach told us that he couldn’t drive up the hill to drop us off. So we had to manage 3 suitcases, a buggy, wheelchair and a young child with no help and no lighting on the hill. We spoke to the TUI rep about being dropped off at the bottom of the hill etc but she didn’t seem interested about it.

The staff were friendly, the cleaner for our room was lovely our daughter absolutely loved her, she would make bows from her blanket and wrap her teddies up in bed etc. She would get super excited to see what she had done.
I hired a mobility scooter due to mobility issues and was told by the staff that there was nowhere to charge it, and I wasn’t able to charge it at the hotel. I had to sneak it up in the lift to be able to charge it. I paid good money to stay at the hotel you would think that they would accommodate someone with poor mobility etc.

The hotel itself is spotless and the staff work very hard but for people with mobility issues or poor mobility this hotel just isn’t in the best location unless you want to have to pay for taxis etc to drop you off.
The kids pool had broken tiles that were coming away on the floor, we reported this twice as was a safety issues as our daughter sliced her foot on one of the broken tiles and nothing got done which was a massive let down.

It would be better if the pool had a shallow section as everyone congregated on the stairs as this was the only shallow area of the pool.

Mixed Experience – Some Frustrations:
This resort is a bit tricky. The WiFi isn’t available throughout the property unless you pay extra. When we arrived on a very hot day, we were surprised to learn that air conditioning wasn’t included—we had to pay an additional £50 for it. We received a receipt, but when we returned to our room, the remote control was missing. After going back to reception to inquire, they finally gave us two remotes.
The facilities also left something to be desired. There are no toilets in the reception area, and the swimming pool area lacks showers —despite signs instructing guests to "shower before swimming" and "no entry without a towel." When I asked where the shower was, the staff proudly (and unhelpfully) replied, "You have to go to your room for a shower."
The restaurant was overstaffed, and the service was overly aggressive. Staff kept clearing dishes too quickly, even when I hadn’t finished eating. At one point, my fruit platter was taken away while others at my table were still eating.
Overall, the stay had some major inconveniences that could easily be improved with better honest customer service.
