Club Aida Apartments in Marmaris

Club Aida Dated rooms in need of renovation. Whilst they were comfortable and had everything needed to enjoy your holiday, the rooms could do with a little modernisation. Be ready for a strange monetary system. You put money into a pre-pay card system used by the hotel. 10 years ago this was probably a great system. Now it’s hard to understand why they don’t just say card only. It would remove the guess work. You have to go to reception for a balance and top up. They only give you “their” rate of exchange. Not great for a sceptic. All set up to part you with cash. As you book into the place told that you need to pay extra for air conditioning. It was 49° the day we arrived in July so no choice that we wouldn’t have it. £50 per week thereabouts! Selling a Turkish night - a hotel prepared hot buffet with Turkish entertainment. It was by far the worst and most expensive meal of the holiday and the entertainment was questionable at best. I wouldn’t recommend! Drink sold in the bar is of a good standard. It’s comparable to a decent bar in the uk with prices set similar to a decent bar in the UK. Don’t go expecting the £2 per pint. Those days seem to be long gone (not just in the hotel bar) Large beer needs drinking quick in that weather as well. A warm Efes isn’t the best! Self catering hotel primarily but not allowed to take any food or drink to the pool area. The expectation is all food will be purchased from the pool bar. The prices are reasonably but soon mount up Staff great when we were spending. Otherwise all very somber. Some nice characters but the bar staff - possibly due to the payment/service system I found to be rather ignorant. Hard to get sun beds - a good old British rush to get the best spots around the pool. If you come down to the pool at a reasonable time (8:30am, let’s say) and chances are you’re having to get sun beds without a cushion and place them in a walkway for the day! The sun bed situation isn’t managed well. People put towels on beds and go out for day trips… often meaning 3/4 beds in a great spot go unused for the full day. Showers were good. Great power and warm water. We were put in a Really poor room initially 1109. Next to the hotels air vent and security office. Expect to be woken hourly. That said, the hotel were happy to swap our room after one night. It’s as if they were waiting for our complaint about the room. The 4th floor room was much better. Reggie - barber and hairdresser…really nice chap. No pressure. Good at his trade. Massage guy - a menace... Waits for new arrivals and pounces once you’re settled at you spot around the pool. Knows the newbies and stalks you until you end up with a massage/Turkish bath or something that costs you more than it feasibly should. Really good and reasonably priced bakery right across the road from the entry to hotel.

Just back after another great holiday.. the best hotel in Marmaris, stayed here plenty of times before and already booked for twice more next year too! A big thank you to all of the wonderful staff and management, always very friendly & helpful but especially the entertainment team.. dodo, pablo, ding ding, nemo, arda, nazlı.. always made to feel welcome, treated like family.. this is one of the things that brings us back so much as it really makes our holiday. The entertainment that was brought in from outside the hotel was also a big plus this year, especially the drifters.. The food is ok but ate out most nights so can't really comment on this, cleanliness very good throughout the hotel. Location is very good too. I'd also like to thank selila and her staff for more lovely photos and memories to cherish forever. Also a thank you to Reggie, his wife and their lovely staff for our treatments during our stay.. eyebrow threading & tinting, lash lift, multiple blowdrys & Turkish shaves and always very happy with the results. We can't wait to be back at our happy place and see you all again soon 🤍

Fantastic hotel, staff, food, entertainment, cleanliness and spa! Best hotel in marmaris by far and I've been to a fair few...already booked for next year

Just back from another great time all staff go out their way to making you welcome all the entertainment dodo, ding ding, pablo, nemo and Adam great fun. Bar staff great fun too. Food amazing. Reggie and his wife seriah’s barber shop my son got his first shave always a great service and my husband went back and forth for haircuts and shaves and funda and havanah who I got an amazing tattoo. Can’t wait to come back and see you all.

At club Aida Marmaris entertainment staff was amazing kept everyone entertained treat you like family work very hard easy to approach and friendly... waiter's & bar staff all friendly and make u feel welcome. The Tui rep was friendly welcoming easy to find every day if you needed anything happy to help you with any problems or queries

I am writing this as someone who visits Marmaris at least three times a year. First of all, the hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms, lobby, restaurant, pool and garden are very clean. The staff is friendly and the reception staff is very attentive and helpful. Especially the Turkish bath and massage were excellent. Ahmet was very helpful and always looked after us. Thank you for everything.

Spend 10days at this wonderful hotel,2nd time there and booked for a 3rd,fantastic place,absolutely brilliant,me my wife and 13yr old daughter had the best time,and was made even better by the night entertainment which my daughter won't stop talking about,a very big thank you to all the staff there that made us feel so welcome and a special thank you to the one and only Pablo,you brought my daughter out of her shell and she went from "i dont like you"to wanting to spend all night down watching the enterhahaha thank you again,,the best entertainer in marmaris also bobo,nemo Adam and 'patrick'(called me spongebob haha),,the ba staff were also excellent especially the main man Tommy,can't wait to see you all again next year,its been a pleasure
