They stayed at this imparator hotel
They were charged £4 a day for the use of a little fridge in the room then forced to pay a weeks charge as it was needed
Charge for air con units although not required on this occasion
Owner of hotel is the mama i think, shouts at everyone and makes the rules there
I would not say a pleasant stay there although it may be to some peoples taste
Why only a 2Star overall review? Because it is soooo loud and noisy and it is nearly impossible to sleep. During the day it is better to sleep with sunset the Poolbar gets the music to full power and this lasts over midnight. And after this the people at the bar keep partying till the morming, and this every night! There is always and everywhere cigarettesmoke also at the breakfast, so disgusting!
The owner family is very nice and We do feel really bad to say we won't come back. A whole holiday without sleeping is not acceptable.
The two stars are for the people/staff and the work they are doing to keep this a beautifull place.
We arrived around 3 PM to check in and were told that only a double bed room was currently cleaned and available. If we wanted a twin room, we’d have to wait two more hours for cleaning. Since the weather was extremely hot, we didn’t want to wait and agreed to take the double room.
However, the room was in very poor condition — it had an unpleasant smell and looked completely different from the pictures online. We couldn’t accept it and decided we’d rather wait for the twin room after all.
But then, the moment they saw we didn’t want the double room, they suddenly said a twin room was actually available — no need to wait at all.
This was a very disappointing experience. It felt like they were trying to push the bad double room on us first, hoping we wouldn’t complain. Not a fair or honest way to treat guests.
Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The breakfast is excellent covers all needs.
I would personally recommend the home made jam on toast.
Lovely family run hotel rooms are clean, basic and comfortable.
Food menu is worth trying awesome views from bar.
Overall experience is great we would definitely come back and recommend to others.
