Fethiye Park Hotel in Oludeniz

The Qualia Park Hotel enjoys a prime location in the center of Hisarönü, the upper part of Oludeniz. Nearby is a minibus stop, from where you can go both down to the beaches of Belcekiz and the Blue Lagoon, and in the opposite direction - to Fethiye. Eateries and restaurants for all tastes are within walking distance. Near the hotel lies the main walking street with restaurants and bars, souvenir and grocery stores. It is important to say that no party noise can be heard from the hotel room.

It can be seen that the hotel is old, but redecorated. Its former name is Fethiye Park Hotel. There is a swimming pool with umbrellas and sun loungers. We stayed at the hotel from 24 July to 7 August inclusive. We were pleased with the breakfasts: we can say that this is an extended version of the continental breakfast. Both hot national dishes and cold appetizers were offered, as well as several types of salami, sausages and cheese, fresh vegetables, fruits, pastries and desserts. Often the chef replaced one dish with another, and such surprises made a good variety.

The reservation and payment for the Qualia Park Hotel was made on July 9; it was stated that two separate beds are required. Check-in took place on July 24, however, the manager could not provide us with an appropriate room and sent us to the family room. The next day, we were given a room with a bad view, problems with the air conditioner, and a complete lack of Wi-Fi. A day later another room on the ground floor was offered. The wireless network signal was maximum, but the Internet speed was extremely slow. In addition, there was dirt, women's hair, and dead bugs on the floor.

In general, the hotel is characterized by low Wi-Fi speed, on average 30-50 Kbps, even next to the reception, where the router is fixed. In some rooms, due to their location, as I mentioned above, there is no wireless internet connection at all. I was so tired of problems with hotel internet that I had to buy an expensive eSIM.

In the room on the ground floor, in which we stayed until the end of the paid period, there were no towels at all. We dried off with our beach towels we brought from home. It was possible to get small ones (for the face) only at night, since the large ones, according to the administrator, were over. It took another day to get body towels.

According to international hotel standards, the promises of the hotel manager, as well as information in the check-in voucher, wet cleaning of the room should be carried out daily. After several requests to the administrator, the room was cleaned only once during the 12 days of stay. At the same time, the cleaners ignored the card on the door handle "Please clean my room" for several days. This one and only time, the maids changed the sheets and towels and left the floor and surfaces in the room and bathroom dirty.
