Everything was great, they checked us in very friendly.
The room was cleaned every day, the balcony and location are great.

The receptionist spoke excellent English and was polite and friendly, not overly enthusiastic, but with a natural and genuine kindness.
Since I could only get a ticket for a bus arriving around 6 or 7 am, I arrived very early, before check-in time, and sat on the sofa waiting. Seeing me sitting there, the receptionist offered me breakfast, saying it was free and not to worry.
Later, after sitting on the sofa for several hours, when it was time to clean the room, the receptionist had the cleaning staff prioritize cleaning a room for me so I could check in early—very thoughtful!
The room was very clean, and the location was convenient, close to the street with many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Location was right in the city centre which had lots of food choices. Breakfast was very basic. The room was generally ok but the bedsheets were super rough. The blanket was a thin sheet which was weird, maybe because we stayed in summer?

It's fine for 1-2 days. The streets are very noisy in the evenings, but you can hear them very well. The room is small and a bit gloomy.

Good location , but no bell boys or anyone to help with bags. Reception not the most friendly. Got some delays on checkin , room wasn’t ready. Seems not to have enough cleaning personal

Hotel is clean and well situated. Two taxi stations near, balik bazar and port. Reception is nice and helpful. They serve breakfast in the cafe in the same building which is very convenient. Breakfast includes eggs, veggies, bread, I liked it.
The street is quiet busy, there were some street singing but after 23:00 I heard nothing.

Hotels in Fethiye are generally quite expensive, and parking is pricey too. This hotel boasts a great location, being very close to the marina and convenient for shopping. The breakfast was good, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, for 1000 RMB, we felt it was still overpriced. The room was rather small, the bed was quite high, and the bedding was only average. Despite being one of the most expensive hotels we booked for our Turkey trip, it unfortunately didn't deliver the quality we expected for the price.

The hotel is located in the very center of Fethiye. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is a bit basic, and coffee is not included. The rooms are pleasant and clean, with a nice view. However, in the mornings, the sound of ozans from the mosque, due to its proximity, woke us up. Public transportation is nearby.

Not Recommended
I recently stayed here and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite informing the staff multiple times about the non-functioning air conditioning in my room, no action was taken to resolve the issue. This made my stay uncomfortable, especially in the heat. Such lack of responsiveness and concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I expected better service and attention from a hotel of this reputation. I won't be returning and can't recommend it to others.
The ventilation is missing even in the lift and lobby, no bell boys to pick the luggage.

Update: I never asked for a suite, I highly doubt you have a suite as well. Nevertheless I requested a sea facing room if possible. I think there's no harm in asking. When temperature is 35 degrees & above a basic AC for the room falls under the category of essential under such weather, which clearly your hotel could not provide.
Please spare me the pleasantries "stay with love" as your reply clearly indicates that you have no love and respect for your guests.
PS: thanks for mentioning "small hotel" so that all the future guests know about it as well. (Your words not mine)
