A THIRD OF THE PRICE WOULD BE REASONABLE
What a sh1thole!! I don’t expect top end luxury when I visit Türkiye even in a 4 or 5 star rated hotel. However, this panysion at just over £50 set new standards in underwhelming me. Fethiye has become expensive so my brother and I shared a standard twin room. There was barely room between the beds or the bathroom. Each bed was made up with a sheet that didn’t envelope the mattress and an itchy scratchy single blanket both from the 70s. The air conditioning, even at 16 degrees, barely made any impact despite sounding like a hurricane invading the room. The “balcony” was a 1.5 by 1.5 square wide solid walls and a handy lump of broken concrete with which to jamb the door open and to stub your toes on as you negotiated opening and closing the door which took up almost all the space if left open. The view of the adjoining roof pleasantly included a dead and very decayed rodent, nice. Cleanliness wasn’t high on the priority list of the property, except the steep marble external staircase with was conveniently hosed down with water on a semi permanent basis. Very safe!! Our bathroom was acceptable in its workings but included no shower gels or shampoos. It did have a built in Fomy hand wash at the basin. One towel each was provided which made the sheet and blanket feel soft by comparison. They were perhaps from the 50s and presumably hadn’t been replaced since. Payment was only in cash, which isn’t mentioned online. Staff were reasonable if uninterested. Kettle but no tea or coffe!

If you want to pay £50 a night for a tiny twin room, go ahead. You will get:- No fridge, no breakfast, no shower gel, 2 threadbare towels, a tiny, scratchy sheet thing for the bed, and a block of concrete to hold the balcony door open. Avoid this place. Not very clean Shabby and grubby. They only take cash payment too, so don't try with your card. I gave it 1 star because itt is right in the centre of Fethiye, by the market. That's it's only good point.
