absolutely disgusting they would not put the tv on when we asked wanted a deposit to watch it very money orientated (greedy morelike ) so rude we are disabled and we booked a family room for the space and they put us in a basement room next to all the waiters about 8 of them in 1 room the noise was terrible and the smell was disgusting when we complained the manager (Mustapha ) said if you don't like it find another hotel if I had of been younger he would have had a serious problem we told him how do we get a wheel chair up the steps he said and I quote let her walk up it wont hurt her those few steps such an ignorant b*******D also Thomas cook reps did nothing it seemed as if they were frightened to say anything she just walked away what a company to book an holiday with never again .
