Hotel Feryil Centrum in Fethiye

the room was offered with WiFi and TV but neither of them worked. the receptionist said that the internet connection may be poor from time to time, but we couldn't even use it for a second and durimg 3 days of work, I struggled a lot. the room and beds were fulll of long hairs although they had cleaned them. breakfast was ok but the place where they served the breakfast was horrifying. there's no elevator, no kettle no fridge in your rooms.

Chaotic night due to flooding
We were sleeping and at 1:30 a.m. we couldn't stop hearing the pipes as if someone upstairs was taking a shower. But it had been going on for so long, and when we put our feet on the floor, everything was flooded. Water was coming out of the shower drain in our room, and we hadn't even used it yet. Luckily, the guy was very kind and moved us to another hotel, but the situation at 2 a.m. with three children was a bit chaotic!

Dirty and big spiders were on the hallway!!!!

I've some difficulty to find the exact word to exprim my feels but if I tell: "run-down" It shoud be enough!🙇🏿‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I do not recommend this family, especially if you are with children. Very dirty hotel, breakfast is not clear what they give and there is no choice at all, they say if you want to eat, eat what they give. it is not worth putting clothes in Shelves, it is not clear when they were wiped at all. The bathroom is clean and washed, the floors are similar. There is no iron at all. Bed linen is generally washed and not even ironed, not having time to dry completely, they lay it down damp, you can directly feel all the moisture on yourself. It was disgusting to even lie on the bed and dry yourself with a towel. As if the powder was used a little and even the conditioner did not deign to put. Are you kidding me? The staff makes noise in the morning when they clean up. And when you knock on the door, they knock like a hammer on the head. The shamelessness of the staff and no tactics. The only thing is that only at the reception they tried in every possible way to help with the location, what to visit in the city.
