It may be the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. I trusted it because I made a reservation from ********** website. However, the hotel is completely mediocre. Even the bed and pillow covers were not changed, there were hairs on the bed. I could not leave the hotel because I arrived late at night and had come a long way. There was not even toilet paper in the room. I would not go if they said stay for free.

It is a family-run, clean, comfortable and very caring business. Uncle Orhan's food and appetizers are wonderful. I would also like to thank Mr. Mehmet for finding solutions to everything.

For the price the hotel was adequate, although there were a few things missing from the kitchen and a leg broken on the sofa.
However the air con was included in the price, so was thankful for that.
Could’ve done with a broom in the apartment or if cleaners would come in to sweep and empty bin would be great.
Was a peaceful stay with nice pools and easy reach of restaurants and water park.

Having stayed here two years in a row, I can say this: It's a perfect hotel in every way. The location is fantastic, so close to everything you can imagine. I've never been so pleased with a hotel I paid 5-10 times more for. The cleanliness is superb, the food is excellent, and the staff are as welcoming and friendly as family. A huge thank you to Önder, and everyone else. See you next year 😍

The rooms are clean and simple. There's also a well-functioning air conditioner and TV. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they immediately addressed any issues we had. Dinner was delicious, but I didn't like the breakfast. Of course, everyone has different tastes. The pool wasn't clean, but the slide was great fun. In the evening, you can sit in the seating areas and sip tea and listen to nature. However, there are a lot of mosquitoes, especially at night. You'll probably get itchy. I think it's a value-for-money hotel.

The worst hotel I’ve been to wouldn’t advance a dog to stay in let alone humans live electrics in shower black mould every where smelt like dirty fag this place need to be closed down if I could give a lower rating I would please don’t go and keep ur family safe
