Kampüs Garden in Fethiye

When I checked in to stay at this hotel for 5 nights with my wife, the lady at the entrance had a rude attitude and didn't even smile; she was just trying to get my money. When we entered the hotel room, it smelled like it had been freshly cleaned. The room was very spacious and generally clean. However, there were two things; the blanket on the bed had hair and stains, obviously unwashed, and the sink looked like it had been left over from a previous guest. Other than that, the refrigerator and air conditioning worked very well, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was very adequate, with plenty of variety, and they serve different things every day (cigarette pastries, cakes, börek, pişi, etc.). We also enjoyed the breakfast very much. The hotel staff only looked at us, didn't say a word of "good morning," "enjoy your meal," or a smile. Besides that, they didn't ask if we needed anything. For example, our room could have been cleaned at least every 3 days (normally every 2 days). There is no communication between hotel staff and customers. In my opinion, this is one of the most important factors affecting customer satisfaction. Other than that, the location is in a beautiful area of ​​Taşyaka, on a busy street, just 15 minutes (by car) from Ölüdeniz and other attractions. Overall, we only liked the comfortable room and the breakfast at this hotel. My suggestion is that customer satisfaction should be our top priority, so customers should be treated with a friendly and attentive demeanor. Room cleanliness should be prioritized; at least rooms should be cleaned on certain days and guests should be asked if they need anything.

Shower didn’t worked , no intercom , room at 3rd floor didn’t had lift , though staff helped to carry the luggage to the room. Good staff !
