I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The rooms were well-equipped, spacious, and offered lovely views. The hotel features beautiful pools and hot springs that were perfect for relaxation

This is such an amazing hotel, it deserves to be a 5 star. It got a spa, 3 different pools, and a playground. The buffet has very incredible foods. Also, the rooms are very clean.

Nice thermal pool (indoor and outdoor) with regular pools (in and out) as well, spa options; decent food. Rooms were nice and quiet.

We had great time at Hierapark Spa Hotel, This is a decent very clean superior 5 star hotel with an excellent location, and very hospitable staff at the reception specially Ummu and Müzeyyen ! Thermal water was nice inside and outside facilities available! I would recommend, We are from Uzbekistan 🇺🇿🇹🇷 Thank you guys was excellent 👌 Definitely will be back!

Ailecek otelin tadını sonuna kadar çıkardık. Toplamda 4 gece kalacaktık aslında ama bir gece daha uzatmak istedi bizim çocuklar, biz de istiyorduk zaten çok iyi oldu. En az 1 hafta kalıp iyice doymak isterdik

We really enjoyed the hotel and swimming at the thermal pools. There is thermal pool outside with a great view especially at the sunset and two pools inside, one deep for adults and one shallow for kids

Lovely hotel and staff are very helpful and polite. Reception Mr Semi was the most helpful and patient with helping me change rooms twice. Thank you for your making our stay more enjoyable.

Very nice hotel, very friendly, the general area and room were very clean. It was very enjoyable to swim in the thermal pool. The food was delicious. The best hotel to stay in Karahayıt.

The hotel is big and not handicap and elderly friendly. It is difficult to bring the luggage from lobby to the room, vice versa if not for the help of the bellboy, so credit to them. The food options are ok, not the best

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, the food and treats were delicious, the pool was very clean, the garden was pleasant, thank you for everything.

The price was 1500 per night, but the facilities, ambiance, and food were comparable to a 100 RMB hostel in Shanghai. While clean, the facilities were basic, and the lobby lacked air conditioning

One pool at 32 degrees and one supplied by the hot springs in both areas. Service was excellent and the breakfast was really great. Would definitely come back here if I get a chance to visit the area again

We stayed in two rooms with my mother, father, wife and daughter for 3 nights. It is very good that both the thermal pools and the swimming pools are open for use 24 hours a day

Great hotel to stay at whilst in the area. They have 4 pools which makes sure that you are never crowded. 2 pools in the open and 2 pools in the bottom level by the hamam

The room is very spacious and very warm even floor. The room has everything you need. The bathroom has its own faucet with thermal water! Breakfast is very good. We really liked the outdoor pools

Very friendly staff. Property located close to Cotton candy terraces and hot air balloon. Loved the open air and indoors thermal pools.
