Nice hotel. I loved the thermal pool. The room is clean and big. The food is wonderful and the staff are excellent.

I stayed at the hotel during the New Year 2026 period. The hotel itself was fairly average, and the staff support was not really as helpful as expected

Super hotel in a fabulous location. Friendly helpful staff and good food. Definitely try the thermal pools if you visit. Nice areas for sitting outside and some evenings entertainment was provided

However, the dinner buffet was quite diverse, which I consider a positive point. I hope the hotel can continue improving its service quality to develop further in the future

I arrived early on an overnight bus, but I was able to check in at 10am, which I was very grateful for. The spa facilities were also excellent, so I was able to spend a relaxing time

The hotel is wonderful! The food is amazing! The springs are open until 11:00 PM, and the room is next door! They clean every year! Dogs are allowed, which is important! The spa is wonderful! We will be back again! I recommend it to everyone! Thanks to the hotel staff for the excellent service!

It took awhile to remember what was where. Rooms are comfortable but basic. Small items like kleenex are not provided. There was a balcony but the door leading out to it could not be opened

We went to the hotel spa: I got a massage with my friends, after the tiring walk in the hierapolis park: INCREDIBILE experience, it was the best idea we've ever had, the masseuse Emine was amazing, I totally recommend her

We stayed 4 days with my family. A beautiful Pamukkale view, large rooms and kind personel. Ahmet was very helpfull and kind. I like the dinner, there were very kinds of food. The facility deserves 5 stars

We are so relax and recovered from the holiday tireness. I totally recommend the Bali massage, a little bit more expensive but TOTALLY worth it

The water pressure in the bathroom was strong and satisfying. Breakfast was incredibly varied and prepared with care, and after eating, our daughter had a wonderful time riding the hotel owner’s horse for a long while

You can even get a 10 mins horse ride for a mere $3! We ran out of clothes and asked where the local laundromat is. The owners told us its ok they help their guests to wash their clothes at no charge

The breakfast is a delicious spread of local homely cuisines. All sorts of fun and games to do in the hotel like pool, darts, fusball, table tennis etc. The resident animals are so cute and friendly

One pool at 32 degrees and one supplied by the hot springs in both areas. Service was excellent and the breakfast was really great. Would definitely come back here if I get a chance to visit the area again

Excellent property and good service! They have the spring water coming in all the ensuite bathrooms. Regular and hot water pools along with Jacuzzi was a hot amongst kids

We stayed in two rooms with my mother, father, wife and daughter for 3 nights. It is very good that both the thermal pools and the swimming pools are open for use 24 hours a day

The room is very spacious and very warm even floor. The room has everything you need. The bathroom has its own faucet with thermal water! Breakfast is very good. We really liked the outdoor pools

I would definitely stay here again. My bus dumped us in the middle of the night by the beautiful travertines @04:30am (along with 15 other people). I phoned all of the hotels in the town that advertised 24hour reception

Natural products, eggs, filtered coffee, plenty of pastries, and the most delicious cheese… I really loved the quality of the breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, the huge pool, and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere 💛

The breakfast was very good yet simple as we know traditional turquish breakfast. I recommand always taking hotel breakfast in Turkey because it can get expensive quickly in restaurants

The location of this hotel is the best! If you book the balcony with the panoramic view, you will see the Travestinesright from your room. We woke up at 6:30 to see the balloons flying over and it was spectacular

Nice quiet place on the end of the main drag. Bathroom was ridiculously small but functional with good hot water and pressure. Assistance was exploitive and costly. They maybe helpful but at a steep cost

There are also cats and dogs! At 7 am, you can see all kinds of hot air balloons taking off – it's beautiful! Sitting on the balcony in the room with the view is very pleasant! Cleanliness: Very clean; the room was very tidy

Service: The staff were very welcoming and chatted with us happily. They even played ping-pong with us, haha! The paragliding they recommended was really fun; you can see the ancient ruins and Pamukkale from the hillside

Most Clean Hotel we came across in turkye so far! Very welcoming and comfortable rooms. You got good breakfast and a pool. The view is also incredibly and it's a short walking distance to the white salt hills

Wow, so much heart and personality in this hotel. We had a fabulous stay, we’re there for a retreat and the owners and family were 200% accommodating, welcoming, helpful in every way possible

Wishing already we could return, they made us feel like family and embraced by their pure hospitality. WiFi is not strong is the only criticism, but hot spot and cellar data was very strong

The location is very good, very close to Pamukkale. You can see the towering and spectacular Pamukkale coming towards you through an alley. It is also very close to the west gate of Pamukkale Nature Park

The price/performance ratio is very good. The room is not well sealed, and there are occasional small ants. The people who the owner hired to sell tours are also annoying. Other than that, everything else is good.

Excellent place to stay on the quieter outskirts of Pamukkale - still close enough to walk in and out of the village (15 minutes) but secluded, the only noise being the call of the muezzin

Needs a good renovation, the employees were very nice and friendly, 53€ a night plus 10€ extra a person for breakfast. Near the hot springs but other than that a bit scary the neighborhood, very dirty, quiet and dark .

Yummy breakfast, good for one night stay

Without exception, all hotels can take their cue from this hotel's hygiene and cleanliness! The room, including the air conditioning, bedding, shower, toilet, refrigerator, and even the underside of the bed, were in impeccable condition

This hotel is a gem, located near the famous travertines of Pamukkale and within walking distance to the ancient city of Hierapolis. The host, Ahmet, is very helpful and ensures your stay is comfortable

Super friendly and helpful staff. I had a love big room and could see the hot air balloons take off in the morning. Breakfast was a tasty Turkish breakfast. The only pity was that the WiFi is very bad.

The staff at Melrose Viewpoint Suites were very helpful and hospitable. They helped us booked the hot air balloon tour. The breakfast spread was delicious and free parking is available at the compound

We had a relaxing swim at the swimming pool before we headed out to the Pamukkale in the evening and the hotel staffs were all very friendly and helpful, offering us watermelon and water to keep us hydrated from the summer heat
