Best Hotels in Pamukkale

Nice hotel. I loved the thermal pool. The room is clean and big. The food is wonderful and the staff are excellent.

I stayed at the hotel during the New Year 2026 period. The hotel itself was fairly average, and the staff support was not really as helpful as expected

Super hotel in a fabulous location. Friendly helpful staff and good food. Definitely try the thermal pools if you visit. Nice areas for sitting outside and some evenings entertainment was provided

However, the dinner buffet was quite diverse, which I consider a positive point. I hope the hotel can continue improving its service quality to develop further in the future

Excellent hotel, fully consistent with the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly raised our spirits. By the way, no one asked for additional payment or tips for this

But on the positive side it has a good swimming pool, good restaurant and a thermal. Pool pool, which is a plus point

The best asset of this property is undoubtedly its staff! They were all incredibly welcoming and committed to creating the best possible experience

Betul Deniz restaurant chef was really pleasant, friendly, always smiling and ready to help. This was the best place ever for vacation. If you are planning vacation in Turkey you have to come to this places

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The rooms were well-equipped, spacious, and offered lovely views. The hotel features beautiful pools and hot springs that were perfect for relaxation

We had great time at Hierapark Spa Hotel, This is a decent very clean superior 5 star hotel with an excellent location, and very hospitable staff at the reception specially Ummu and Müzeyyen ! Thermal water was nice inside and outside facilities available! I would recommend, We are from Uzbekistan 🇺🇿🇹🇷 Thank you guys was excellent 👌 Definitely will be back!

I have been to Pamukkale hotels many times But Hierapark Hotel is the best I have ever stayed. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very well designed and clean

Nice welcome staff Lovely setting Spotless pool Hot spring with minerals in the middle of the hotel grounds. 3 hotspring pool areas one of which is indoors

The hot spring worth it, and staffs are in general friendly, but the food was bad.

Kızımla gittiğimiz en güzel yerdi😊

I arrived early on an overnight bus, but I was able to check in at 10am, which I was very grateful for. The spa facilities were also excellent, so I was able to spend a relaxing time

Excellent hotel, excellent service, the staff tries and smiles, the hot springs are just TOP. Everything is delicious, the food is good

The room is quite satisfactory, the buffet is filling, and the parking space is free. The best thing is that there is a mud bath. I am tired after playing for a day, but it is still very comfortable to take a bath

Very beautiful and peacful place, comfy rooms, good air conditioning, lovely clean swimming pool and bar cafe, also the best point is the natural hot water stream in the hotel very relaxing and joyful

The hotel is wonderful! The food is amazing! The springs are open until 11:00 PM, and the room is next door! They clean every year! Dogs are allowed, which is important! The spa is wonderful! We will be back again! I recommend it to everyone! Thanks to the hotel staff for the excellent service!

Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher

It was a great hotel, especially compared to the surrounding accommodations. The help, service, food and hygiene were excellent

Too bad, because otherwise the hotel was good

Of course! Here's a more polished and powerful translation in English: This hotel seems to have a hot spring pool, but unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy it since we were only staying for the night—arriving late and leaving early after breakfast

There are bathrobes in the rooms, which gives the hotel a separate atmosphere, because everyone walks around the hotel in bathrobes and it’s very cozy! All in all

Hot spring surprise in the middle of a snow filled town Family and child friendly hotel which offers a lot to travellers and families alike We enjoyed the thermal pools and sauna, hammam as well as the steam room Beautifull town with friendly small restaurants and shops

Amazing pools, amazing food, amazing rooms, amazing building ,it one of the BEST hotels i ever went to the only bad thing is that its really expensive, but it worth every dollar,i highly recommend this hotel

Despite the disappointment with the bath, the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet has good selection

Had a great stay here! The place was super cozy and relaxing, the thermal bath was such a nice way to unwind. And the chicken wings were amazing yummy hahaha 🍗

It took awhile to remember what was where. Rooms are comfortable but basic. Small items like kleenex are not provided. There was a balcony but the door leading out to it could not be opened

The hotel is huge and offers excellent food at its breakfast and dinner buffets

The restaurant service is quite extensive, and you're sure to find something to suit your taste. The downside is that tea, coffee, and water are charged for during meals, except tea time

However, both the garden and indoor pool, where the thermal spas are located, need general cleaning and maintenance, and pool attendants should be provided

The reception staff are very courteous and professional. They upgraded us from a standard room to a deluxe room free of charge for three adults

First of all, as someone who has worked in the tourism sector for years and visited numerous thermal spa hotels, I've spent years as a manager

The hotel has been renovated, and the common areas, pools, Turkish bath, sauna, restaurant, and lobby are spotless

The best thing about this hotel is location. Additionally they have a beautiful attitude and nice facilities. Welcoming people and staff with clean rooms plus generous food

One of the best features was the stunning hot air balloon view directly from the hotel’s dining and poolside area – it was truly breathtaking and made our mornings unforgettable

Best way to wrap up our trip !! 🧖‍♀️🫶 First time trying a traditional Turkish hammam and we were blown away

For those who don't mind the chill, there's an outdoor pool too. Rooms are clean and well-equipped. They offer game room with billiards & ping-pong. In the evening there was the belly dance show at 9 PM

We went to the hotel spa: I got a massage with my friends, after the tiring walk in the hierapolis park: INCREDIBILE experience, it was the best idea we've ever had, the masseuse Emine was amazing, I totally recommend her

Front desk staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Always greeted us with a smile. Special mention to Ms Meryem—big shoutout to her for her outstanding service and warm hospitality.

Excellent stay, clean rooms, thermal water pools inside, kind personel. The food was good with enough variety. The enviroment of the hotel is peacful. Enjoyed.

I can describe this hotel as simply excellent. The building is very nice, plenty of cool marble, modern furniture and complete clean environment. The hidden mineral pool is the pearl of the hotel

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and can't fault it. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and very clean, comfortable big bed and they have a thermal water tap for the bath

They have two thermal indoor pools, spa centre, fitness room and outdoor heated pool. Food is open buffet and very good and sometimes in the evening they have live music. Nice garden to sit in when weather is good

Breakfast and dinner was included. Dinner and breakfast was good. The spa thermal pool was a nice experience. It’s about 1 hour to walk to Pamukkale, but a short trip with taxi

The prices are extremely reasonable and all in included except medical treatments which are available at an additional cost. The food is wonderful, healthy and plentiful and the staff is kind and attentive

One pool at 32 degrees and one supplied by the hot springs in both areas. Service was excellent and the breakfast was really great. Would definitely come back here if I get a chance to visit the area again

Excellent property and good service! They have the spring water coming in all the ensuite bathrooms. Regular and hot water pools along with Jacuzzi was a hot amongst kids

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, good service

Or they didn’t understand well. Only one man can speak English

We stayed in two rooms with my mother, father, wife and daughter for 3 nights. It is very good that both the thermal pools and the swimming pools are open for use 24 hours a day

The room is very spacious and very warm even floor. The room has everything you need. The bathroom has its own faucet with thermal water! Breakfast is very good. We really liked the outdoor pools

The hotel has a cute good-natured little dog. But at night he turns into a formidable guard and barks very menacingly

I always regret not giving the best of the properties I visit, but in this case, I can't consider it to be up to the standards of the reviews I've read, which are almost all very positive

In Turkey, for the same price, I've always found properties that were beautiful and consistent with the price paid

I'm truly sorry to write this review, but I think it's fair to be honest: the quality/price ratio isn't adequate. If I could give one piece of advice to anyone considering this property, it'd be best to avoid it

The location, room size, and cleanliness were all excellent. I was especially impressed by how friendly the staff were. I would especially recommend this hotel for those who are worried about language skills

We had very pleasant stay at Mucize Thermal Spa and found it excellent in services, facilities and location.

Every morning there was a huge breakfast buffet that was delicious, unlimited coffees and teas throughout our stay and great amenities. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hot water & pressure was very good

The best hotel in Pamukkale! 🏰🏡🐈🦮🐎 If you want to feel Turkish hospitality then this hotel surpasses it. The owners are a very kind and hospitable family. All their guests are treated like family

The water pressure in the bathroom was strong and satisfying. Breakfast was incredibly varied and prepared with care, and after eating, our daughter had a wonderful time riding the hotel owner’s horse for a long while

If you like your stay just drop a tip in the tipbox. Amazing amazing service 👍🏻👏🏻 We have stayed in many 5 star hotels but this is a one of a kind experience you will never get in an international hotel chain

You can even get a 10 mins horse ride for a mere $3! We ran out of clothes and asked where the local laundromat is. The owners told us its ok they help their guests to wash their clothes at no charge

The breakfast is a delicious spread of local homely cuisines. All sorts of fun and games to do in the hotel like pool, darts, fusball, table tennis etc. The resident animals are so cute and friendly

Excellent Hotel ... clean rooms ... professional stuff with good price

Fabulous place. The room was excellent with an amazing hot shower. The staff were wonderful, the food in the restaurant was lovely and they are “dog friendly”. Highly recommended.

There were lots of cats around the property, which was a lovely and cute touch. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Pamukkale South Gate entrance, which was very convenient

The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. Even the resident dog is very hospitable! The room is super clean and you could tell they have put effort in designing the layout of the rooms

Shower great apart from a VERY slippery floor. Huge breakfast buffet selection. Including lots of vegetable and salad items. Really handy for the Pamukkale travertines

The staff were kind and attentive — always happy to help whenever we asked for advice or needed anything. The room was clean and just right for a short stay

Good value for the money, better than what I expect, food is home made , staff are friendly, their english is not good but they try their best to help. rooms are clean.

Good value for the price. The owner was great, very friendly and helpful throughout our short stay there. Really great service!

The price/performance ratio is very good. The room is not well sealed, and there are occasional small ants. The people who the owner hired to sell tours are also annoying. Other than that, everything else is good.

The afternoon temperature was about 40C, the pool was really refreshing and we had it to ourselves! Just 5 mins walk up the road is a small area with bars and restaurants, with lots of choice, and good prices

We stayed there for one night and had a great experience. The location of the hotel is very good if you want to have a great time in pamukkale

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The owner was very helpful and attentive. The location is great, within walking distance to Pamukkale. The hotel also has its own outdoor pool

Excellent hotel right across from Pamukkale. Great view from the window. Delicious breakfast. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. Friendly staff.

The location of this hotel is the best! If you book the balcony with the panoramic view, you will see the Travestinesright from your room. We woke up at 6:30 to see the balloons flying over and it was spectacular

Nice quiet place on the end of the main drag. Bathroom was ridiculously small but functional with good hot water and pressure. Assistance was exploitive and costly. They maybe helpful but at a steep cost

There are also cats and dogs! At 7 am, you can see all kinds of hot air balloons taking off – it's beautiful! Sitting on the balcony in the room with the view is very pleasant! Cleanliness: Very clean; the room was very tidy

Service: The staff were very welcoming and chatted with us happily. They even played ping-pong with us, haha! The paragliding they recommended was really fun; you can see the ancient ruins and Pamukkale from the hillside

When we arrived there, the pictures I saw posted by previous guests came alive. The wall, gate, the building, the well- manicured lawn and swimming pool are all well lighted. Hotel is well managed by Fettah, it's owner

We were offered useful tips on how to visit Hieropolis and Pammukale which really helped as it was a quick visit. The location is very good and only a ten minute walk to the sites

Excellent place to stay on the quieter outskirts of Pamukkale - still close enough to walk in and out of the village (15 minutes) but secluded, the only noise being the call of the muezzin

The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities - hairdryer, slippers, soap, small terrace. Even the resident dog, Bibab, is friendly! Excellent value for money

Needs a good renovation, the employees were very nice and friendly, 53€ a night plus 10€ extra a person for breakfast. Near the hot springs but other than that a bit scary the neighborhood, very dirty, quiet and dark .

Wonderful stay at this lovely hotel just a little bit outside the town(although easy walking distance). Pool was beautiful and the staff incredibly friendly. Perfect base for your stay in Pamukkale

We really enjoyed our stay at Melrose House. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a welcoming, relaxed vibe. Our room was quite spacious and clean, which we appreciated after a long travel day

Good hotel with ample parking space. The staff are very friendly and helped us carry our luggage to the room. The Turkish breakfast was nice. It’s just a 5-minute drive to the southern entrance of Hierapolis

Good Deal Excellent choice for the budget-minded. Had lots of room and all basic amenities, including breakfast.

Excellent. A caring, kind, and sincere business. Thank you.

Yummy breakfast, good for one night stay

Without exception, all hotels can take their cue from this hotel's hygiene and cleanliness! The room, including the air conditioning, bedding, shower, toilet, refrigerator, and even the underside of the bed, were in impeccable condition

This hotel is a gem, located near the famous travertines of Pamukkale and within walking distance to the ancient city of Hierapolis. The host, Ahmet, is very helpful and ensures your stay is comfortable

When I enter a clean hotel with good energy, my soul sings 🎶. This hotel is exactly that kind of place. A wonderful place, amazing breakfast 🥐🍳☕

Hotel's location is great that Pamukkale's white travertine is facing at you ☺. Awesome atmosphere in the hotel great friendly staff always helping around the place. Very good for value in hotel and also around locals

The owner s nice, friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Also in a good location. Only thing is the breakfast. Not much variety.

Beautiful facility, Pool Good breakfast Excellent location for viewing the Travertine Park He's friendly Has a gym Has a S.p.A.

I would definitely stay here again. My bus dumped us in the middle of the night by the beautiful travertines @04:30am (along with 15 other people). I phoned all of the hotels in the town that advertised 24hour reception

Natural products, eggs, filtered coffee, plenty of pastries, and the most delicious cheese… I really loved the quality of the breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, the huge pool, and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere 💛

Very happy to have this hotel allow me to stay when the one I’d booked opposite was closed and had been for 8 months! The staff, room and breakfast were the best I’ve experienced in Turkey for 3 star hotels

The breakfast was very good yet simple as we know traditional turquish breakfast. I recommand always taking hotel breakfast in Turkey because it can get expensive quickly in restaurants

The owner get friendly after a chat. The place isn't luxurious but comfortable, clean and in good condition. It feels authentic like in a turkish countryside familly house

We stayed here a few nights and had a great time, the couple is super friendly and helped us with finding everything, booking a balloon ride and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend :)

Friendly owner happy to help out with local information. Room was beautiful, amenities clean. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Lovely place to relax. One of the nicest places we stayed in on our trip.

Thanks for having me and loved the breakfast!

Super friendly and helpful staff. I had a love big room and could see the hot air balloons take off in the morning. Breakfast was a tasty Turkish breakfast. The only pity was that the WiFi is very bad.

The staff at Melrose Viewpoint Suites were very helpful and hospitable. They helped us booked the hot air balloon tour. The breakfast spread was delicious and free parking is available at the compound

Big and beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff, delicious free breakfast. Yet all this for a very reasonable price. We are from India, We as a family of four stayed here for five days and enjoyed every moment

Every staff member is super nice and friendly! We are told that it’s a family run hotel, that’s why everyone you met smiles warmly, super nice and helpful

Didn't feel like checking out. Did not want our holiday to end. We will Inshallah someday go back to Pamukkule especially to live in Melrose Viewpoint

They can help with everything you ask for! The room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else

Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world

The room was spacious and quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. The owner was very welcoming.

Hotel is a good area, but there are no amenities at this time but they traveled staff are very helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable, but they are dated With the horrible views of road or empty trash yards

We had a relaxing swim at the swimming pool before we headed out to the Pamukkale in the evening and the hotel staffs were all very friendly and helpful, offering us watermelon and water to keep us hydrated from the summer heat

Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view
