I stayed at the hotel during the New Year 2026 period. The hotel itself was fairly average, and the staff support was not really as helpful as expected. However, the dinner buffet was quite diverse, which I consider a positive point. I hope the hotel can continue improving its service quality to develop further in the future

Our room had too hard beds and too thin walls. But this hotel has not lost its old glory at all. The breakfast and dinner buffets are both magnificent. The thermal pools deliver their promice in the form of the warm murky water.

We came from São Paulo. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. We rested so well in the famous healing waters of Denizli... We had a beautiful holiday in nature, away from all the stress of life. The rooms are incredibly clean. The housekeeper is very attentive. All the employees are smiling. 3 km from Pamukkale. I will recommend it to those who want to come and to my friends who want holiday suggestions...

Hotel seems old and outdated In my case, the air-conditioner and refrigerators was not working and I had to change the rooms which are too much inside and with long lobby the lights in the room and passages were also inadequate. But on the positive side it has a good swimming pool, good restaurant and a thermal. Pool pool, which is a plus point

The best asset of this property is undoubtedly its staff! They were all incredibly welcoming and committed to creating the best possible experience. This is such an amazing hotel, it deserves to be a 5 star. It got a spa, 3 different pools, and a playground. The buffet has very incredible foods. Also, the rooms are very clean.

The hotel is overcrowded every day with day-trippers, very noisy in the hallways every evening, and departures start shortly after 6 a.m. with busloads of people on day trips. It's impossible to relax and enjoy a few days' vacation. The rooms are old and in dire need of renovation. We even left a day early because there was simply no hot water.

I arrived early on an overnight bus, but I was able to check in at 10am, which I was very grateful for. The spa facilities were also excellent, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. They also arranged for a shuttle bus to the airport, which was very helpful.

The hot springs are fantastic, especially the mud bath where there's a thick layer of mud at the bottom. There are both outdoor and indoor hot springs; the outdoor area even has two levels, plus there's an indoor hot spring and a swimming pool.

We went to the hotel spa: I got a massage with my friends, after the tiring walk in the hierapolis park: INCREDIBILE experience, it was the best idea we've ever had, the masseuse Emine was amazing, I totally recommend her. The rooms are pretty basic but fine for us. We stayed in a large double room. Breakfast was 2 Euro per person (we visited in March). Each room has a balcony. You can park at the street in front of the hotel. We tried the thermal pool - the water looks a little dirty but the temperature is very warm. We liked it.

If your just looking for a bed while you visit Pamukkale this is your place. You will have your own thermal bath in your room but also a shared bath that can be access 24 hours a day, it was actually nicer than the water at Pamukkale in our opinion. Would come back. Would recommend.

We were very well looked after at the Mustafa Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They let us store our backpacks before checking in to visit Pamukkale. Stayed here for a night with kids. the staff were good and helpful. The property could use some upgrading, but it was a comfortable stay overall. Meals are available at the hotel at a reasonable cost, and parking is conveniently located at the rear of the property. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

Lovely stay Can’t fault this place. It’s walking distance to Pamukkale, the hosts were incredibly friendly, the free breakfast is great, and the pool and room are very well maintained. I would definitely return and recommend to a friend

Overall a satisfying stay Very nice pool. Easy to walk into town. Bottom sheet on bed but no top sheet (coarse blanket on top instead, I guess). The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine. The price is good and the A/C worked. Overall a satisfying stay.
