Pamukkale, Karahayit Mevkii (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I stayed at the hotel during the New Year 2026 period. The hotel itself was fairly average, and the staff support was not really as helpful as expected. However, the dinner buffet was quite diverse, which I consider a positive point. I hope the hotel can continue improving its service quality to develop further in the future
Our room had too hard beds and too thin walls. But this hotel has not lost its old glory at all. The breakfast and dinner buffets are both magnificent. The thermal pools deliver their promice in the form of the warm murky water.
Super hotel in a fabulous location . Friendly helpful staff and good food . Definitely try the thermal pools if you visit. Nice areas for sitting outside and some evenings entertainment was provided . Excellent value .We stayed only for one night but would come again .Thank you
We came from São Paulo. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. We rested so well in the famous healing waters of Denizli...
We had a beautiful holiday in nature, away from all the stress of life.
The rooms are incredibly clean. The housekeeper is very attentive. All the employees are smiling. 3 km from Pamukkale. I will recommend it to those who want to come and to my friends who want holiday suggestions...
Excellent hotel, fully consistent with the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly raised our spirits. By the way, no one asked for additional payment or tips for this. We recommend!
special thanks to Huat for good service and prompt work!
Hotel seems old and outdated
In my case, the air-conditioner and refrigerators was not working and I had to change the rooms which are too much inside and with long lobby the lights in the room and passages were also inadequate. But on the positive side it has a good swimming pool, good restaurant and a thermal. Pool pool, which is a plus point

The hot spring worth it, and staffs are in general friendly, but the food was bad.
Kızımla gittiğimiz en güzel yerdi😊
The hotel is overcrowded every day with day-trippers, very noisy in the hallways every evening, and departures start shortly after 6 a.m. with busloads of people on day trips. It's impossible to relax and enjoy a few days' vacation. The rooms are old and in dire need of renovation. We even left a day early because there was simply no hot water.
I arrived early on an overnight bus, but I was able to check in at 10am, which I was very grateful for.
The spa facilities were also excellent, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.
They also arranged for a shuttle bus to the airport, which was very helpful.
The hot springs are fantastic, especially the mud bath where there's a thick layer of mud at the bottom. There are both outdoor and indoor hot springs; the outdoor area even has two levels, plus there's an indoor hot spring and a swimming pool.
Excellent hotel, excellent service, the staff tries and smiles, the hot springs are just TOP.
Everything is delicious, the food is good.
I especially recommend visiting the SPA after the hot springs: many thanks for the excellent massages to the specialist Wegt, she really knows her business!

The hotel is wonderful! The food is amazing! The springs are open until 11:00 PM, and the room is next door! They clean every year! Dogs are allowed, which is important! The spa is wonderful! We will be back again! I recommend it to everyone! Thanks to the hotel staff for the excellent service!
It’s a nice hotel, staff are very friendly. They can gave us a lot of help as I need. I will introduce my friend who wants to travel here coming to this place.
It was a great hotel, especially compared to the surrounding accommodations. The help, service, food and hygiene were excellent. Unfortunately, the spa department left much to be desired, probably because it was run by an external party.
Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher. In addition, I had...
Of course! Here's a more polished and powerful translation in English:
This hotel seems to have a hot spring pool, but unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy it since we were only staying for the night—arriving late and leaving early after breakfast. Our tour company selected this hotel for us.
The room was fine—not too spacious, but just enough, and definitely not cramped. It had all the essential amenities...
I spent one night at this hotel. Everything was so good. Foods, room, bed, wifi, and even the heater works fine. I feel comfortable in the room. But.. sorry to say, the environment was so scary. Like in a horror movies. It's too quiet and lonely. Seriously. And even I got lost on my way to the room from the restaurant. The hallway is almost similar. But overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel with...
We and our group stayed 1 night at this hotel, the room was nice, the food was also quite good but unfortunately the hot water in our room sometimes didn't work.

Hot spring surprise in the middle of a snow filled town Family and child friendly hotel which offers a lot to travellers and families alike We enjoyed the thermal pools and sauna, hammam as well as the steam room Beautifull town with friendly small restaurants and shops
Amazing pools, amazing food, amazing rooms, amazing building ,it one of the BEST hotels i ever went to the only bad thing is that its really expensive, but it worth every dollar,i highly recommend this hotel
This hotel has a unique architecture. The rooms are arranged in a circle enclosing a huge central thermal pool. Guests can also enjoy a thermal bath in the comfort of their own room. However, when we tried, the hot water for the tub was rusty color and there were residues on the floor of the tub afterwards. Needless to say, we didn't try to soak in the tub. Despite the disappointment with the...
Had a great stay here! The place was super cozy and relaxing, the thermal bath was such a nice way to unwind. And the chicken wings were amazing yummy hahaha 🍗
A decent hotel let down by its poor restaurant. The food, while colourful, is tasteless and textureless, I ate couple of mouthfuls of each corse and oeft the rest. There is only a buffet available. There are lots of local resraurants nearby, I recommend trying them instead.
Good hotel - value for money. Had a Turkish bath at this hotel - fabulous experience and highly recommend this. Breakfast buffet was average but dinner buffet excellent. The hotel has a thermal pool which got mixed reviews from fellow guests. Negative was the hair dryer - hotel should invest in more modern equipment for the hairdryer in the bathrooms.

Nice and clean facility, I highly recommend it
Cok temiz ve guzel bir tesis. Cok yardimsever bir calisanlar gurubu. Cok guzel lokasyon. Tavsiye ederim.
Very clean and well maintained facility. Very friendly staff. Very nice location. I highly recommend it.
We went to the hotel spa: I got a massage with my friends, after the tiring walk in the hierapolis park: INCREDIBILE experience, it was the best idea we've ever had, the masseuse Emine was amazing, I totally recommend her. We are so relax and recovered from the holiday tireness. I totally recommend the Bali massage, a little bit more expensive but TOTALLY worth it.
Internet wifi is strong. Clean. But the staff at the cafe are not polite… Please train the staff to be more friendly and polite. The bed is big and the view is beautiful. The staff at the counter was very helpful, but the face was sour. Hope they can smile more ti the customers
nice view, clean, front desk staff was great
the staff at the spa was amazingly rude, holding her phone and saying i dont know we are sparate, not even give a glimpse and refused to give a little direction
The Tripolis at Pamukkale is an average hotel catering to large tour groups. Our room was comfortable, but looked a bit old. The furniture was randomly placed, without much view to functionality or practical use. The breakfasts and dinners seemed to have a lot of choices, but not all on offer seemed worth sampling. Service was top-notch, and the staff really try to be helpful and friendly, and do...
Lovely stay. Lovely room with good views. Took advantage had a swim in the heated pool and used the sauna and steam room. Dinner and breakfast good quality. It was great to be able to put the heating on and relax in the room after being in the spa.

Perhaps one of the best hotels in the Pamukkale area.
Spacious and clean rooms, quick and very friendly service, listing and describing all the hotel's various amenities: from the sauna to the spa, from the gym to the pool, the staff is top-notch.
The buffet-style dining area is exceptional, with top-quality dishes.
Highly recommended!
For over a decade, we’ve always stayed here whenever we visit Pamukkale. Parking is plenty. They have a nice open buffet breakfast and dinner which varies daily (with live performances some nights), and an additional tea/lunch hour with some snacks. Every room has a bathtub and its own spring water faucet. However, we noticed that the spring water in the newer rooms (400-500) is lukewarm, while it...
nice hotel and nice swimming pool , breakfast and dinner is tastefull. thank you
Very well run spa hotel. Popular with Turkish families and foreign tours.
Great location of the hotel which isn't too close to the main attraction. Very spacious hotel designed with views of gardens from each room. There's also a Thermal tap to have a bath in the thermal water. Great hotel overall.
A nice place to stay, although you can hear other people walking and taking in the hallway while you're in your room.

We booked it at the last minute as an one-night stop on the around-the-Turkey trip with very little info on the hotel. Surprisingly, the hotel is very good (for the price it charges). It's predominately a business hotel with modern amenities (free wifi, updated furnishing, comfortable bed and bathroom - my friends shower area had some drainage problem but mine was fine). We saw some type of business...
Located entrance of the city. A small shopping mall is 10 min away with taxi. Hotel is a old hotel, rooms are big enough but need to renovate. Breakfast wasn't tasty and delicious actually. Not has many options.. Has a small gym. Employees were so helpful.
Good breakfast and nice staff, free parking outside
The room is small, the facilities are old, the toiletries and slippers are not of high quality, there are few power sockets in the room, the breakfast is average.
On our way home
Have stayed 5 times before always been a high class hotel with excellent food even stayed in covid and was satisfied. It this time restaurant menu poor and breakfast even worse not the classy place it used to be. Asked for other items in restaurant with no joy couldn’t even do a chicken breast for us just thighs!!! Sorry place now won’t stay again ended up eating in a fast food place...
We had two rooms. Front desk was very cooperative and friendly. They helped us and give the details for the city. In general we had no problem for our stay. Although we had dinner outside the hotel, the breakfast was open and very delicious. Recommendable.

Lovely hotel and staff are very helpful and polite. Reception Mr Semi was the most helpful and patient with helping me change rooms twice.
Thank you for your making our stay more enjoyable.
The Lycus River Thermal Hotel is best suited for travelers whose primary focus is on accessing extensive thermal spa and wellness facilities and who are willing to overlook potential shortcomings in service, general cleanliness, or dining.
It provides a great base for visiting the surrounding Pamukkale attractions and offers plenty of on-site recreation. However, guests expecting a high level of polish...
The room is large and bright. The hotel is big and not handicap and elderly friendly. There is no elevator. It is difficult to bring the luggage from lobby to the room, vice versa if not for the help of the bellboy, so credit to them. The food options are ok, not the best. Some of the older waiters are not polite, which is presumably caused by the stressful workload with so many guests and insufficient...
The price was 1500 per night, but the facilities, ambiance, and food were comparable to a 100 RMB hostel in Shanghai. While clean, the facilities were basic, and the lobby lacked air conditioning. Pamukkale hotel options are limited, so I was only there for one night. Luckily, Pamukkale was flooded that day, and the flooded landscape was breathtakingly beautiful.
The room was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, the food and treats were delicious, the pool was very clean, the garden was pleasant, thank you for everything.
Very nice hotel, very friendly, the general area and room were very clean. It was very enjoyable to swim in the thermal pool. The food was delicious. The best hotel to stay in Karahayıt.

Excellent hotel right across from Pamukkale. Great view from the window. Delicious breakfast. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. Friendly staff.
Nice quiet place on the end of the main drag. Bathroom was ridiculously small but functional with good hot water and pressure. Bed was average. Assistance was exploitive and costly . Shop around. They maybe helpful but at a steep cost. Location was great but there really isn't a bad location in town. Parking was good
The location of this hotel is the best! If you book the balcony with the panoramic view, you will see the Travestinesright from your room. We woke up at 6:30 to see the balloons flying over and it was spectacular. The owner and the staff went on their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are small so pack light, the breakfast has a lot of homemade jams and olives, so it was tasty along with some...
Service: The staff were very welcoming and chatted with us happily. They even played ping-pong with us, haha! The paragliding they recommended was really fun; you can see the ancient ruins and Pamukkale from the hillside.
Environment: The hotel is right next to Pamukkale, within walking distance of the central gate. There are many restaurants around, and the hotel itself has a restaurant. There are...
We had a lovely time at this hotel, which was so conveniently situated across from the Antique Pools. We had a beautiful room overlooking the pool and the hills. Incredible. The room was so cute and had a nice balcony. The staff were lovely and helpful and we had a very nice dinner there after we arrived. You must try the local wine!
Staff went above expectations to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Room was comfy. Breakfast had a nice variety. We were provided a take away breakfast on our last day because we left early. Hotel has qreat access to Pamukkale traventines, we took a taxi 300 lira to south gate, explored the ruins then made our way down traventines. We recommend this for a more comfortable experience, especially...

The room was spacious and quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. The owner was very welcoming.
Airport bus sent us right opposite the hotel and the owner Ismir was there welcoming us. The hotel is very close to the Pamukkale town entrance near to the restaurants and the room is spacious. Ismir is extremely helpful, preparing our breakfast and offered to drop us at the south gate of Pamukkale without fee the next day. We had a relaxing swim at the swimming pool before we headed out to the Pamukkale...
Hotel is a good area, but there are no amenities at this time but they traveled staff are very helpful. Breakfast was OK. Rooms are big and comfortable, but they are dated With the horrible views of road or empty trash yards. They offered free erfan dance show for the hotel guest, but their fees for the hot balloon ride is double what is if booked outside of the hotel?
everything was great. service, breakfast, location, cleanliness.
Our room had a malfunctioning a/c which was not cooling the room at all. It’s summer weather (July) and the heat was unbearable. Hotel refused to admit that the a/c was broken and blamed it on the weather. We had to repeatedly insist before they begrudgingly came to inspect the broken a/c. Even so, they tried to fool us with the explanation that if they replaced the remote control, the a/c will work...
All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here...
