We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. We rested so well in the famous healing waters of Denizli. We had a beautiful holiday in nature, away from all the stress of life. The rooms are incredibly clean

We had great time at Hierapark Spa Hotel, This is a decent very clean superior 5 star hotel with an excellent location, and very hospitable staff at the reception specially Ummu and Müzeyyen ! We stayed 4 days with my family. A beautiful Pamukkale view, large rooms and kind personel. Ahmet was very helpfull and kind. I like the dinner, there were very kinds of food. The facility deserves 5 stars

We really enjoyed the hotel and swimming at the thermal pools. There is thermal pool outside with a great view especially at the sunset and two pools inside, one deep for adults and one shallow for kids

The hotel is big and not handicap and elderly friendly. It is difficult to bring the luggage from lobby to the room, vice versa if not for the help of the bellboy, so credit to them. The food options are ok, not the best

The breakfast is a delicious spread of local homely cuisines. All sorts of fun and games to do in the hotel like pool, darts, fusball, table tennis etc. The resident animals are so cute and friendly

Stayed two nights there. Good service. Both nights it got a bit loud when a night club next doors turned on their music, but both nights it lasted for just a few songs.

So there is a termal pool only for woman! Also in the room in the bathroom there is a termal water but I prefere to swim in the termal pool with a jacuzzi!!! The room is spacious with a kitchen's tool just if you need a hot water you need to go at hall

Food was average but the suit and the service really nice. The swimming pool and the hamam wonderful quiet. I would definitely come again. And ny favorite thing they have a nice attitudes towards cat

Bellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising! The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day

Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍 The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom

We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful! Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture)

The host at the reception was very helpful with the information provided. Few minutes walk to the gate of Pamukkale entrace. If you are a solo traveller i suggest 2nights is enough to spend in this town

The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale

The rooms are super clean, the pool is great and the women at reception is so kind and friendly. Really recommend staying here. The location is also right next to a store and close to the springs of palukalle

There was a mistake with our booking (it being a day before when we were supposed to arrive). The owner kindly readjusted our booking, and even allowed us to keep our bags before the check in

The rooms are a bit small, but the bedsheets were clean, and the location is very close to the South Entrance of Pamukkale (5min walk away)

He insisted that we refrain from washing clothes in the room or consuming food and beverages inside. Additionally, he repeatedly reminded us to close the windows whenever the air conditioner was on

Environment: The hotel is right next to Pamukkale, within walking distance of the central gate. There are many restaurants around, and the hotel itself has a restaurant

The location of this hotel is the best! If you book the balcony with the panoramic view, you will see the Travestinesright from your room. We woke up at 6:30 to see the balloons flying over and it was spectacular

Service: The staff were very welcoming and chatted with us happily. They even played ping-pong with us, haha! The paragliding they recommended was really fun; you can see the ancient ruins and Pamukkale from the hillside

The owner and the staff went on their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are small so pack light, the breakfast has a lot of homemade jams and olives, so it was tasty along with some eggs and other choices

Happy with our stay We stayed 3 nights. They were working on the thermal pool when we arrived but we were still able to use it. The thermal pool was much improved during our stay

Breakfast varied based on how many guests are at the hotel. With few guests they fix you a plate in the kitchen but they were very accommodating. With more guests they put out a buffet which is excellent

Perfect location to access pamukkale, in 5 min you are at the bottom gate and in 15 you are at the lower travertine, which honestly is better than higher since there are far less people (tours enter on north gate side)

We booked through booking and paid 27€ the night. If you want the breakfast you’ll have to pay 6€ more. The owner is nice, speaks English and gave us good advices. You also can enjoy the swimming pool

This place is a 10 minute walk from one of the entrances to the terrace. The room was clean. They have a nice pool which we enjoyed very much. The owners of the property are very helpful.
