Hotel Cenka Ephesus in Selcuk

Location is easy. Quick walk to local area buses and taxis.
Quieter than being on nearby main road. Dining options, convenience store, beer & liquor shop all on same street
For more options just walk further up this street & all the tourist options ATMs etc will be found.
Nice breakfast options.
I didn't use this, there's a tiny onsite bar & a rear patio too.
Be sure your plug next to tge to bed for mobile charging works/ mine didn't. Wasn't happy about this.
Manage said fix today on day 1 2 days later said cant be repaired. There was 1 far from bed. At the end of busy days siteseeing I needed to post photos in bed not sitting in uncomfortable chair. Probably over rating this place but its OK. I didn't book it, our tour was there for a couple of days. Tour company supports locally I owned biz which I like.
Note my room & bath was very tight I was solo so it worked OK. If I recall correctly only hanging space were a few hooks wall mounted.

Positives: quiet location. Grocery store next door. Comfortable beds with an extra duvet and blanket in the closet, good pressure in the shower, a minifridge and an AC.
Negatives: worn out/poor condition bathroom with fixtures. The vent in the bathroom connects to multiple rooms and the noise and fumes travel through the vent. Poor noise isolation from the hallway/other rooms, you could literally hear everything that's going on. Breakfast was disappointing, food is placed out at 7 when breakfast starts and most of it stays out til the end of service without refilling, so it pays off to get to breakfast early.

Breakfast was great! Traditional Turkish breakfast with a few add ins as well. Rooms super clean and cute. Lobby is large and comfortable to hang out. Staff was helpful and friendly

Highly recommended. Reasonable price, nice room, good breakfast.

Obviously doesn't have the 'facilities' of a 5-star but we found the service and location to be really good.
Small and basic rooms.
Basic breakfast which was started early as we were leaving early with a tour.
Plenty of hot water in the bathroom but you need to let the water run a while for it to come through.
Very reasonable laundry charge of 150Lt a bag (£7.50)

Wonderful hotel. Make sure you use the blankets stored in the wall hanger where you hang your jackets as we were a bit cold over night not realizing that the heavier blankets were in that area. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Even the young Zelal at the front desk allowed my daughter and I to borrow her violin to play it for our tour group.
Also the hotel is close to downtown and the main tourist sites, plus over night it was quite and we were not woken by any Muslim overnight prayer from the mosque speakers.
