Awful do not stay here. No working shower for two days no hot water. Reported to manager wasn't interested or apologised. Breakfast was of poor quality. No toasted bread or cereal. Only grey eggs. Male night manager rude almost aggressive.

Two days no hot water, reported to the hotel reception. I didn't even receive an apology. Was reported to travel company. Parking is very poor around the property. Night manager was useless and very rude. Breakfast is poor also at the property. No tea or coffee available as advertised. Would not stay again.

A terrible hotel.
The rooms are nothing like the ones shown in the pictures. The facility is very bad, the toilets and showers are awful. The only good thing was that the staff member working the night shift tried to be helpful and even brought out breakfast for us even though we didn't have breakfast.

A bad experience
We stayed here for one night. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor; the toilet and bathroom smelled strongly of urine. There was no liquid soap for hand washing. Most importantly, there was no hot water. There was very little lukewarm water, but it cooled down quickly. Also, the towels and curtains in the room were stained. The only good thing was its location in the center of Kuşadası and its affordability. Otherwise, unfortunately, there was nothing good about it.

Great location! Friendly owner. Parking is on a narrow, difficult-to-navigate road. Very close to the beach. Small toilets.

I didn't like it, it was disappointing.
The electronic devices were very old. They were not working or were working half-heartedly. However, the staff was very polite and attentive.

Good hotel, not big, very quiet and calm. The rooms are clean, have everything you need, breakfasts are delicious, the staff is friendly. The hotel has a great location, in the very center of the beautiful city of Kusadasi, you can walk to the central beach, all shops, restaurants, places of rest and entertainment are within walking distance. A very decent hotel for such a price. I recommend it.

Extremely awful
With its moldy bathroom, hot water that you can't reach even if you run it for ten minutes, hairy and dirty sheets, hair dryer that doesn't work, dripping and noisy air conditioner and refrigerator, this is a hotel that says don't come to us again.

It was simply terrible! Hotel, durrounding, personal, everything was very bad! Breakfast is simply discusting!

This hotel is very well located, walking distance to the waterside, shopping, restaurants etc. The staff are absolutely exceptional and go above and beyond. Breakfast was nice. The rooms would benefit from an upgrade.
