I absolutely do not recommend it. Breakfast ends early, and by early I mean at 9 am, and all you have is bread, olives, and cheese. There's no room cleaning, and the staff are attentive, but only in words. There's so much more to say, but it's not worth it; you wouldn't go unless you absolutely had to.

Good value for money. Poor breakfast. Room lacked soundproofing. Had sufficient air condition. Comfirtable beds. Nice decoration. Vathroom newds,repairs - but it is functioning.

i wasn’t planing to stay in bolu but i had one of my best experiences in bolu and the hotel was extremely clean and quiet place i want to thank all the staff and especially the receptionist mr aytac .

The carpet in the room was wet due to some leakage from the refrigerator and they would not change the room

The room was generally clean. The color scheme and furniture were a bit old, but it didn't affect our rest. The breakfast was good, the location was OK, and the hotel staff were helpful with parking. We booked a triple room, but the hotel system had a problem, so we were given a king-size bed room. After negotiation, the hotel arranged another king-size bed room on a different floor. The price was very cost-effective, and it was quite good.

The hotel was nice and very clean. Cost effective. Room was spacious and clean linens. Kettle with tea bags and coffee sachets provided. We were overall happy to stay there. Foods and super market near by. Thanks. Shahbaz

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Türkiye! When I entered the room, there were cigarette butts and used coffee cups everywhere. There was a musty smell in the room! Not to mention breakfast!

No proper air conditioning, poor lighting in hallways, the bathroom and toilet were in a terrible condition. Shower cabin had no door and water splashed everywhere and covered the bathroom floor with water. Curtains and blinds were missing and the light was on the entire night and there wasn’t much privacy due to missing curtains. The restaurant where the breakfast was served was very cold in the early morning. The twin beds were not the standard twin mattress and it seemed like it was for small children. We stayed there for three days and no one came for housekeeping. The shampoo and soap weren’t provided enough for 2 people. The staff barely knew english.
