24-hour front desk is a big plus — we arrived at 1:30 AM with no issues. Room was clean and comfortable. No elevator in the building.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Highly recommend for a short stay or an overnight break during a trip between Istanbul and Cappadocia. Parking is available.

We stayed for one day; the rooms weren't as new as described, but they were great value for money. There were no problems with hot water or heating, which is crucial in winter. Then there was Dilber abla at breakfast, she was very sweet and friendly. The gentleman at reception was also helpful and polite. Even though the price difference is obvious, we were very pleased with the service we received.

Zero customer friendliness. Even though I had reservation, I had to leave after arrival due to unpleasant communication and seeing employees smoking inside.

I am traveling from Burssa to Trabzon it's more than 1600 Kilometers for this I chose this hotel in the Main Street. It’s 2star hotel and I chose it because I only need to rest before I start my journey to Trabzon. The hotel is not bad it's clean but their is No AC and no left and I am lucky to find room in the first floors. But if you like me need cheep and clean place to only sleep and hade breakfast I advise you to stay in this hotel.The stuff is helpful and the internet is excellent.

This hotel is two stars and bed and breakfast is less than $30, but the sweet thing is that the hotel does not have an elevator and you will be lucky if you get the first floor But the workers are excellent and the internet is excellent.

Despite being on the roadside, it was very quiet and calm. I was very pleased with the attention of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms during my three days stay. Breakfast was not open buffet, but the breakfast plate was definitely enough, I couldn't understand the bad comments made in that respect. Thank you...

In terms of price performance, you can stay at a reasonable price, the staff is friendly and you can buy tea and coffee all the time. On the negative side, I could not sleep very comfortably because I smelled the smell of the guests who stayed at the hotel before in the permanent materials on the beds. Unfortunately, I smell a little sensitive.
