Very good, suitable for a family of three, a bit like the feeling of living in someone else's home in a European B&B, with a large balcony and a view of the Black Sea outside, and two beds, one large and one small, very good,

Very nice staff. Rooms were clean, but a bit tired. Situated very high on the hill, but it’s mostly about the city itself not about the hotel.

The hotel smells like egg. The room is not clean. Shower is broken. Kitchen sink is blocked. Room ac smells from cigarettes. Blankets, sheets, and towels are stained. One of my worst experiences ever.

- We had a whole day no electricity(no internet, hot water etc.) and nobody gave us any information, and it was crazy hot.
- Most workers don't speak basic English
- The area is not gorgeous, the hotel is already the most pretty building
- BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GREAT!!!!
- Rooms are OK and quite big

Was an amazing experience. We spend total of 9 wonderful days at the hotel . The hotel was clean , modern and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Its location was very close from the forum mall and easy access to transportation ( public or private ) hence suitable for family or group of friends.

Clean, comfortable and the most important is the staff are very kind and cheerful. Highly recommended.

Hotel is clean as well as rooms and restaurant. Although in the center, it is very silent. Service is perfect. Breakfast is good with large variety. Hotel is very well accessible to touristic and historical places. Airport is very close.
