Pros : good value, nice furniture, near to the maidan square. Cons : bad sound insulation, require maintenance for the bathroom fans and room lights ( flushing even when switched off) general hygiene is good except bed covers show signs of uncleanliness.

Initially I had a terrible experience from cleanliness to communications and expectations as listed on booking.com. However. The staff were in general very kind and in particular Mohamed at the reception. He was very easy to speak with and really put an effort to turn around my experience! Thank you Mohamed. My room was spacious and faced the street. My bed was comfortable, I had plenty of hot water for showers, and the buffet breakfast consisted of several and delicious Turkish dishes. The hotel is also a short walk to the beach.

The hotel is very old, and my room had a strong smell of humidity and moisture. No elevator, and the cleaning could be more careful. There are traces of various efforts, but as it's such an old hotel, there seem to be limitations. The facilities were probably unavoidable, but the bed sheets and blankets were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was excellent. Above all, the balcony with an ocean view is commendable. However, the damaged awning should probably be removed.

Beautiful and clean hotel with a view over the old town of Trbazon. Delicious all you can eat style Turkish breakfast and close to the local minibus terminal, for taking trips to Sumela or Uzungol.

The room is quite small, but it has everything, a refrigerator, a kettle, air conditioning, a good bathroom. From the window in the distance you could see the sea. Two years ago, I have stayed in this hotel during business trip. Because of value for money at that time we decided to stay here during our vacation. Nothing has chanced and even get more better. The car park entrance has been modified and saver now. Overall, definitely a value for money hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, as our trip was towards Cappadocia and further. We paid 7000 rubles, breakfast was not so good, we only liked the location of the hotel, there is a beautiful city mosque nearby.

The hotel is in a good location and has a very good surrounding environment. The room facilities are complete, clean and sanitary, and the service is professional. If there is a shortcoming, the breakfast is relatively simple and there is no fruit.

The location was on top of the hill and there was no dolmuş/Van taxi station near hotel. But it's not that much far from the city center. We had to walk 15 mins from where we got off the van. The room wasn't ready on time so we waited a bit. Breakfast was good enough.
