Excellent Hotel to stay in Trabzon Great hotel to stay in. Location is ideal for walking around town with shops nearby. Staff of the Hotel were polite and helpful. The room was clean and pretty spacious. We enjoyed our brief stay and would not mind staying again there on our next visit. Thanks to the Staff once again.

A typical 3 Star hotel, the service was very good comparing to what we paid. The staff were helpful and friendly during our stay. As well as the location is the best thing about this hotel it’s less than 5 min walking from the meydan and all the local shops and restaurants. Also they helped us keeping our baggages in the hotel as we traveled after the check-out by 4 hours.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. Although it's not a 5 star hotel, but every thing is excellent. Everything about this hotel is great including the service and the restaurant which breakfast was served. Please just be warned smoking is allowed in the rooms which can be a bit too much, especially if you are a non smoker.

We needed two rooms- one for our parents and one for ourselves with young baby and we both really enjoyed our experiences. A small but clean and nice hotel in a street or area called Kalkınma in the center of Trabzon. It is very close to the Karadeniz Technical University and there are many cafes and restaurants around it. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and nice. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, some details could make the service better like coffee maker and safe, but the location was excellent for shipping and dining

The man at the reception desk was angry and started yelling when there was a misunderstanding about the payment. He didn't want me to pay in euros, even though it hadn't been specified in advance. He insisted on paying in Turkish lira, but with a higher exchange rate than the price displayed. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Everything was excellent, except internet. I absolutely recommend to u to stay this hotel. Only internet sometimes can be bad.

There are traces of various efforts, but as it's such an old hotel, there seem to be limitations. The facilities were probably unavoidable, but the bed sheets and blankets were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was excellent. Above all, the balcony with an ocean view is commendable. However, the damaged awning should probably be removed.

The room was average, a bit tired, the bathroom was needed maintaining. Room was facing to shabby rooftops no nice view at all. Airco was working perfectly, the room was clean and neat. The breakfast was quite good. They had house made pastries which were quite tasty.

Two years ago, I have stayed in this hotel during business trip. Because of value for money at that time we decided to stay here during our vacation. Nothing has chanced and even get more better. The car park entrance has been modified and saver now. Overall, definitely a value for money hotel.

Although the hotel provided a satisfactory experience overall, the room was merely okay. While it met basic needs, it lacked the charm or comfort expected from a higher-end establishment. The amenities were functional but not exceptional, and the decor felt outdated. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, as our trip was towards Cappadocia and further. We paid 7000 rubles, breakfast was not so good, we only liked the location of the hotel, there is a beautiful city mosque nearby.

The hotel is in a good location and has a very good surrounding environment. The room facilities are complete, clean and sanitary, and the service is professional. If there is a shortcoming, the breakfast is relatively simple and there is no fruit.

We had some problems the first night, but they helped in the morning and our second night was better.

The hotel is very old, and my room had a strong smell of humidity and moisture. No elevator, and the cleaning could be more careful. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the staff extremely friendly, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the city center with many restaurants and cafés around. The location was on top of the hill and there was no dolmuş/Van taxi station near hotel. But it's not that much far from the city center. We had to walk 15 mins from where we got off the van. The room wasn't ready on time so we waited a bit. Breakfast was good enough.
