Clean rooms and good breakfast. The hotel is a bit old but comfortable. Close to the airport and a few nice restaurants, but not in the city center.

The experience was amazing, we were treated and served nicely by Ahmed in the reception. He was veerrry polite extremely professional. He was tremendously helpful during our and stay.

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, however, not as beautiful as the images show. The bathroom smelled and the floor was wet when we arrived. The elevator is very slow and there is a queue on it. We once had a torn bed sheet. There was a language barrier with the reception staff as not all speak English, and they take more than 10 min for room service.

Hotel is located at by the devlet yolu (highway) so the rooms those face it has traffic noise (I had to change my room) poor sound isolation in the rooms and walls. Sauna ok. One of the best hotels in Trabzon, not far away from the city center, thoug I recommend always to rent a car from one of the companies inside or near the airport. very comfortable and very friendly staff specially Mina in the restaurant and Abdullah in the reception. Rooms different size and some rooms have sea view.

Cozy hotel. Very good location. You can take a small bus front in front of the hotel directly to downtown (maydan) which is a very nice place to go to for shopping, but not for eating. There is a good restaurant next to the hotel (2 minutes walking). Rooms are tiny, but clean.

Perfect! The location was perfect, only take a walk 3 minutes to meydan (city centre). I felt like home because it was fully furnished apartment, I could cook, washing my clothes, and everything was clean, the receptionist was really helpful. Very recommended.

The location was on top of the hill and there was no dolmuş/Van taxi station near hotel. But it's not that much far from the city center. We had to walk 15 mins from where we got off the van. The room wasn't ready on time so we waited a bit. Breakfast was good enough.

Stayed here for few days while in Trabzon. Location wise it's very very good, look at the view from top of the mountain, it's priceless. Their hotel staff and restaurant staff are also very attentive to our needs. The only thing is they can improve on cleanliness of their rooms particularly the bathroom which had some unusual smell during our stay.

I stayed there with my family and we took a suite room. The room was generally good and its spaciousness was excellent, but in terms of the facilities, it was not good. The rooms need more cleaning and more maintenance. Also, the location of the hotel is annoying as it overlooks the street. The staff was good and flexible.

Good and cheap The experience was good, the treatment was very upscale, it is a clean hotel. The problem is that some days are hot in the winter and the room has air conditioning, but I asked the reception and he told me that it does not work in the winter.

The hotel was very nice. Spacious and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. Abdullla helped us with check in and if we needed anything he was ever so ready to help. The breakfast staff were just as helpful. After a day they knew what I liked and would arrange it. You feel like at home. And the location is so central. I will definitely go back there.

I stayed here with my family for 5 days in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was very clean with classy touch. Very helpful professional staff and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are larger than most of hotels in trabzon. If you rent a car it is highly recommended to rent an automatic car.
