Cleanliness is the worst. I have never seen a quilt that was soaked from use, and the mattress on the floor was sticky. I swear, the only thing that can excuse it is its location. I will not repeat this experience.

I was shocked that it was supposed to be a 5-star hotel! The room service was terrible. We asked for a pillow and blanket for my son, and it arrived after four calls and half an hour. We also asked for an iron, and it arrived after more than half an hour. One of the receptionists had a very, very bad attitude. This is the last time we'll stay here.

The hotel is located on a mountain. If you book a room on the seaside, you can not only see the ocean but also the entire city. Service was prompt; the necessary items were delivered to the room within two minutes. Overall, it was a good experience, suitable for a vacation. However, going down the mountain can be tiring unless you take a taxi.

Excellent, but the hotel's location is far from services.

Honestly, the carpet smelled so bad we had to change rooms. The receptionist in the morning was unqualified for the job and unhelpful. We had to wait from 10 AM until 2 PM to check in, and then she spent another half hour checking us in after 2 PM.

Large rooms, the paper was missing from the toilet,there was a bit mold in the toilets. The service was very polite, quick and nice, the reception as well. I was travelling with my family. First day the hotel gave me a small old two connected rooms , not like what i saw in the reservation images. After i talked with reception they gave me what I suppose to get for the rest of my stay. Some exercises were old and almost damaged.

Good hotel We took a family room. There were 2 bedrooms. The shower was shared. There was a jacuzzi in the middle. It was very nice. There is also a view of Trabzon airport. If the windows are open, there is noise. But if they are all closed, it is not heard much. The insulation is good. The hotel is generally full of Arab tourists. The room we stayed in was not very clean, the glass was stained, but apart from that everything was fine, the breakfast was open buffet and the staff were very attentive. Our preference was that it was close to the airport.

We had a pleasant stay. It doesn't have the best setting between some old buildings but it's a very nice place. The location is good about 30 minutes from the black sea and sumela monastery. The hotel is very new. Rooms are nice, western bathrooms and the restaurant on the 5th floor is very nice. A classic breakfast was included and we couldn't finish it. Very good meal. We had two deluxe suite with king size bed, and one single bed. The rooms were clean. The furniture was new and the surface was good. But the location was in the middle of an industrial area. Nevertheless, we had a Mountain View that was amazing and the breakfast was on the fifth floor with a nice view and variety of food.

Staff were very welcoming and offered a lot of complementary drinks and kuymak which is the traditional food for Trabzon. This is a fine hotel, noting spectacular, quite dated and showing the age. Great location. If the price is right, a good option.

It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room
