The hotel is located close to Trabzon (by car). The room had a sea view, a very quiet morning with birds singing👍the breakfast was good, there was parking for the car.

I have stayed 3 nights (2 connected rooms) last week and planning to have another stay at this weekend with my family. Perfect destination for room and breakfast and nice sea view room in the highest floor

The hotel is at the end of a narrow street. The best part is the breakfast room on the top floor with a sea view. The breakfast selection was limited but inadequate. It's a mid-range hotel with good accommodations

You can enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional Turkish inn. The lobby is large and has a Middle Eastern atmosphere in a good way. Recommended for backpackers and other low-cost overseas travelers

A small garden, Cafe, kids area and super close beach shore that makes it complete and hearing the waves sound makes it enjoyable all the times

We especially enjoyed being on the water and enjoyed the views of the Black Sea. There were two restaurants which we didn't use so comment on them

You can stay in a private room for the price of a dormitory. There is also a drying area for laundry on the roof

Right on the Black Sea about 20 min from Trabzon airport, away from the hectic city. Checkin was easy, the clerk was kind and helpful. Our room was clean and neat with all the amenities

The location was easy to get to and find and was good for us as we wanted to explore the valleys further east

Rooms were very clean and neat. The only thing we did not like is the breakfast. They dont have a restaurant, brrakfast is on the roof of the hotel. Dishes were dirty and staff who serve the breakfast were careless

Actually the room was good, reception guy was perfect, but the house keeping service was really bad, you can say it's a furnished apartments but not a hotel because they clean almost every 3 days.

Clean suites and good restaurant. They are following good precautionary procedures. It has a good location although a noisy because of the main street.

When you ask for something it takes them time to deliver it and in many occasions their answer is "sorry we don't have" like when I asked for extra clothes hangers, they said sorry we don't have, Yet when I tipped the house keeper (sweet person) she brought me many! Weird! The room is so noisy cuz it's on the highway on the traffic light intersection, the sound proof wall is so weak its really annoying...

I stayed there with my family and we took a suite room. The room was generally good and its spaciousness was excellent, but in terms of the facilities, it was not good. The rooms need more cleaning and more maintenance

Unfortunately one day I smelled a smoke which I hate the most and I have kids. When I asked about it, he said all rooms are allowed to smoke in! I didn't know that and it was never mentioned in the hotel description

He also helped us in getting delivery services and restaurant reservations. It is a hotel that knows how to choose its team with great care

Coming as tourist, we loved trying the local food. Pure juice, in place of artificial We had the same selection of cakes for 5 days

Everything was great except they don't provide some personal items like combs, toothbrushes, and razors. The service was very professional. The location was easy to access and exit. Except for the items I mentioned

I stayed at Mercure Trabzon Hotel and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice view especially if facing the sea

There is Turkish Hammam in the hotel and is free for guests (just the basic hammam). The only disturbance was the neighbor Mosque's Microphone was very near to my room and the voice was very loud

It is not that clean as the sofa had aome dirt on it. Also they didn’t refill the shampoo despite telling them to do so twice. Also didn’t put an extra toilet paper when they cleaned the room

I had a very pleasant two-day stay at Cebeci Hotel. The hotel is well located, just a 3-4 minute walk from the city center, and it also has a small private parking area, which is convenient if you’re traveling by car

The receptionist was very accommodating and moved us to the sixth floor. The room had a large double bed and a single bed, with a terrace overlooking the main street and offering a beautiful sea view

We come from Jordan & had a pleasant stay. The hotel was surprisingly clean and tidy being a 3-star bed and breakfast. Located in yomra 5 minutes off the yomra beach and only 2 minutes off the many markets

Neighborhood was quite and had all the amenities super close by. Rooms were a fit large size & super maintained and cleaned every day, and also the kitchen/ restaurant was accessible and breakfast was rich

Staff were wonderful; there was specifically this Turkish receptionist she was such a kind polite person named "urzo" & hotel manager "Mr. I recommend staying here whenever you are in the area

We had a pleasant stay at Sandal Otel. The location is perfect. Many stores, restaurants only 2 to 5 minutes away from the Otel. You will enjoy the swimming pool, clean and good size.

Dripping sound To get from the hotel to the beach, I had to walk and use the overpass. It was difficult because I have a child. It would have been great if there was access to the beach from the hotel

It is really close to the bus station. Really kind staff. We changed the dates, arriving one day before that we have booked and they changed that inmediately without any problem, just when we arrived.

The only downside was the view of my room, it was facing another building but I didn’t spend a lot of time inside so I didn’t mind much

the room was spacious, clean, with living room, kitchenette with dishwasher a washroom with washing machine in it. It is at good location which is opposite of black sea but again you need a vehicle to go to citycenter

they need to work more on their services. some of the towels were not clean. had to ask for one and was sent 2 hair dryers that were broken. they got me a broken one and had to ask them to change it
