We generally enjoyed our stay here. The room was quite nice with a seaview. Staff was friendly and food was great

I would like to highly commend the hotel's services, and I would like to single out the receptionist called "Hayati" who helped us in every way with the hotel's facilities

The hotel is located right by the Black Sea, offering stunning sea views from many rooms

The only downside is the walls between rooms were not soundproofed so we could hear our neighbours all night 😬. Other wise I would have loved it more

I stayed at Mercure Trabzon Hotel and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice view especially if facing the sea

You can get to the beach by your own transport) the prices in the hotel restaurant are more expensive than everywhere else, well, that goes without saying

We stayed here for one night to lie around in a beautiful room - it worked out. The pool, by the way, wasn't working(

For breakfast, would enjoyed a better selection of cakes,pastry, dessert. Turkish cuisine, laucman, gozleme We love to try Turkish coffee Rice pudding we saw in the market, Would be nice to try it here

Coming as tourist, we loved trying the local food. Pure juice, in place of artificial We had the same selection of cakes for 5 days

Everything was great except they don't provide some personal items like combs, toothbrushes, and razors. The service was very professional. The location was easy to access and exit. Except for the items I mentioned

Special shout out to Meryem for making it happen! Cons. As others have said, rooms are old and dingy. Not what you’d expect considering the price you pay. They do not offer any drinks other than plain coffee and tea

The hotel is located close to Trabzon (by car). The room had a sea view, a very quiet morning with birds singing👍the breakfast was good, there was parking for the car.

There is Turkish Hammam in the hotel and is free for guests (just the basic hammam). The only disturbance was the neighbor Mosque's Microphone was very near to my room and the voice was very loud

We stayed 4 nights at Usta Park Hotel. Location near old town and shops and few steps to Trabzon meydan. Breakfast at 7th fl is very good with amazing view. Large room and shower is sooo good

Staff were very welcoming and offered a lot of complementary drinks and kuymak which is the traditional food for Trabzon. The only problem was the dim lighting in the room but I guess it was to make it quiet

It is not that clean as the sofa had aome dirt on it. Also they didn’t refill the shampoo despite telling them to do so twice. Also didn’t put an extra toilet paper when they cleaned the room

This hotel has a good location near to the beach ⛱️ and 5 min by car to the Airport 🛫 I have put 4 stars to the location because there is no market besdie the hotel but there is BIM market in front of it

I had a very pleasant two-day stay at Cebeci Hotel. The hotel is well located, just a 3-4 minute walk from the city center, and it also has a small private parking area, which is convenient if you’re traveling by car

I recently stayed at the Hotel, and it was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, with stunning views of the Black Sea. The staff was friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant served delicious local cuisine

Although we booked a room with Sea view, through traveling app called “Expedia” it was supposed the have 301 sqft room and sofa with table, they provided us much smaller room and nothing big as shown in the photos, we complained they did changed the room for us same as described in the photos when earlier I booked but without sea view

The ac was not abel to cool down sinse the hotel has fixed ac modes depending on the season. Advice was to open the window

We had a pleasant stay at Sandal Otel. The location is perfect. Many stores, restaurants only 2 to 5 minutes away from the Otel. You will enjoy the swimming pool, clean and good size.

There is a market, restaurant, jogging path and swimming beach close to the hotel. We liked our hotel very much, we are thinking of coming again when the weather gets warmer

There was a young woman putting out the food and through sign language she was able to understand me and soon brought out a small pitcher of milk for my tea

It is really close to the bus station. Really kind staff. We changed the dates, arriving one day before that we have booked and they changed that inmediately without any problem, just when we arrived.

I arrived really early and the receptionist gave me a room anyway because I was so tired. Thank you :) its within 1 minute of the bus station, and A101 grocery is a stones throw away
