Cleanliness is the worst. I have never seen a quilt that was soaked from use, and the mattress on the floor was sticky. I swear, the only thing that can excuse it is its location. I will not repeat this experience.

Up until now it is a pretty dissapointing experience, staff at the reception is pretty untrained, one of the receptionists had to ask the other how to operate the system in order to effectively give us the room. Unproffessional too, we asked for an upgrade, sea view insted of city view, but, without even checking, they said the hotel is fully booked, which it wasn't. We checked and rooms were available...

Was upgraded to sea view, amazing indoor heated pool a little bit similar to the olympic. Sauna and steam room amazing facilities. Breakfast was superb. It's worth every penny. Greay location, plenty of parking.

A truly wonderful hotel, I highly recommend it despite its distance from shops; however, this does not affect its excellent services.

The hotel is located on a mountain. If you book a room on the seaside, you can not only see the ocean but also the entire city. Service was prompt; the necessary items were delivered to the room within two minutes. Overall, it was a good experience, suitable for a vacation. However, going down the mountain can be tiring unless you take a taxi.

Excellent, but the hotel's location is far from services.

Honestly, the carpet smelled so bad we had to change rooms. The receptionist in the morning was unqualified for the job and unhelpful. We had to wait from 10 AM until 2 PM to check in, and then she spent another half hour checking us in after 2 PM.

Shopping in the lower floor. Very clean room and hotel. Concierge knowledgeable and helpful.Restaurant very nice and good selection at breakfast buffet.

The location is great — nearby shops are very convenient. Front desk staff are excellent — very professional and helpful. However, other staff members are just average, and the sauna and spa service staff are below average. Overall, it doesn’t fully feel like a 5-star hotel; more like something between 4 and 5 stars. Still, it’s the only good option in the city center.

It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room

The hotel is located close to Trabzon (by car). The room had a sea view, a very quiet morning with birds singing👍the breakfast was good, there was parking for the car.

The view is beautiful, and the room is classic and its design is plain and somewhat old. Those who are interested in staying at a hotel, I advise them to book in the hotel, but for those who are interested in the beauty of the room and the beauty of the design, I do not recommend renting with them.

It was excellent hotel. We stayed for 5nights and the reception lady was fantastic. The location is perfect near the mall and restaurants. Also there was a beautiful walk beside it. I'll come back again.

Since the location is across from the airport, it is easy to reach. Indoor parking is free. Breakfast is sufficient. The rooms are clean.

Good hotel We took a family room. There were 2 bedrooms. The shower was shared. There was a jacuzzi in the middle. It was very nice. There is also a view of Trabzon airport. If the windows are open, there is noise. But if they are all closed, it is not heard much. The insulation is good. The hotel is generally full of Arab tourists. There are also hotel workers from this region.

The room we stayed in was not very clean, the glass was stained, but apart from that everything was fine, the breakfast was open buffet and the staff were very attentive. Our preference was that it was close to the airport.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable beds with gorgeous breakfast that had multiple options. Staff were very welcoming and offered a lot of complementary drinks and kuymak which is the traditional food for Trabzon. The only problem was the dim lighting in the room but I guess it was to make it quiet.

It is not that clean as the sofa had aome dirt on it. Also they didn’t refill the shampoo despite telling them to do so twice. Also didn’t put an extra toilet paper when they cleaned the room. The spa was empty when i try yo enter it. Otherwise the view is perfect 👌🏼 The aqua park is good but the water was a little bit cold

The hotel is very nice, and the employees are incredibly sweet and helpful. My stay was very pleasant and lovely. The only comment I have is about the curtains in the room — I wish they were darker so I could sleep in a bit longer. Otherwise, it was a really great stay with a perfect location. There were some nice coffee shops around, and we enjoyed our evenings with delicious sweets.

Fine Due to limited occupancy and Ramadan, there was no buffet breakfast, but a plate with items. Central climate control, but adjusted upon request. Large room with a view. For the first 2 days, there was an unpleasant smell on the floor. Not during the rest of the stay. Helpful and friendly staff.

Actually the room was good, reception guy was perfect, but the house keeping service was really bad, you can say it's a furnished apartments but not a hotel because they clean almost every 3 days.

Rooms were very clean and neat. We liked our stay. Beds were comfortable. The location was excellent. Private parking waz perfect. The only thing we did not like is the breakfast. They dont have a restaurant, brrakfast is on the roof of the hotel. Dishes were dirty and staff who serve the breakfast were careless..

It is really close to the bus station. Really kind staff. We changed the dates, arriving one day before that we have booked and they changed that inmediately without any problem, just when we arrived.

Everything was fine, we booked the room and after 10 minutes cheched in. The personal was friendly, open and helpful.
