We stayed 4 nights at Usta Park Hotel. Evrything was good. Location near old town and shops and few steps to Trabzon meydan . Breakfast at 7th fl is very good with amazing view . Large room and shower is sooo good. I recommend it to whom going trabzon .

Large rooms, the paper was missing from the toilet,there was a bit mold in the toilets. The service was very polite, quick and nice, the reception as well. I was travelling with my family. First day the hotel gave me a small old two connected rooms , not like what i saw in the reservation images. After i talked with reception they gave me what I suppose to get for the rest of my stay. Some exercises were old and almost damaged.

If the windows are open, there is noise. But if they are all closed, it is not heard much. The insulation is good. The hotel is generally full of Arab tourists. The room we stayed in was not very clean, the glass was stained, but apart from that everything was fine, the breakfast was open buffet and the staff were very attentive. Our preference was that it was close to the airport.

We had a pleasant stay. It doesn't have the best setting between some old buildings but it's a very nice place. The location is good about 30 minutes from the black sea and sumela monastery. We had two deluxe suite with king size bed, and one single bed. The rooms were clean. The furniture was new and the surface was good. But the location was in the middle of an industrial area. Nevertheless, we had a Mountain View that was amazing and the breakfast was on the fifth floor with a nice view and variety of food.
