Bad when i contact him , they insist to get PCR test for covid before entry or i lose my deposit . I called booking to help and they said no answer from hotel .

The rooms were clean and the staff were nice the location was good in the middle of city. The only problem was the size of rooms they were small

It was great.. the location is amazing in the heart of trabzon and very close to everything.. the host Mr Mohamed is very hospitable and friendly he is more than perfect and he made our stay extraordinary as he helped us a lot.. The rooms are very clean with good decoration and the staff are very helpfuk

One of the best hotels in which I've ever stayed!
The owner takes care about each guest and makes sure that you feel like at home. He asked us 100 questions about our plans and comfort and made everything he could for us.
He's also a talented barista and treated us with fantastic coffee for free.
If you happen to visit Trabzon, please, choose to stay at Sulduz hotel.

The place is friendly and people are very helpful.There are good services at low prices.I woud love to visit it again.
