A very special thank you to Gamze and her outstanding team at GymyKids. Their energy, dedication, and warmth were truly exceptional. The GymyKids Winter Club, running throughout the day, offers an outstanding environment for children—engaging, educational, and wonderfully organised. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing that our child was not only well cared for, but genuinely happy and stimulated at all times.

The hotel itself deserves great praise. The interior decoration and overall atmosphere are beautifully designed and perfectly suited to a premium ski resort, combining comfort, elegance, and a welcoming alpine charm. Every detail reflects quality and thoughtful hospitality.

It is also worth highlighting that all instructors and staff communicate very well in English, which made the experience seamless and reassuring for international families.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and nice amenities. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the location was very convenient.

Excellent hotel, great location, ample parking. The restaurant is open 24 hours, which is great. The rooms are warm and comfortable. They're great for children. The breakfast is varied and delicious. This isn't our first time staying here.

Best Ski experience anyone can ask for. Direct access to great ski. The facilities are amazing especially the gym, Adem is great and his ability to speak English well is a great asset for someone like myself who doesn’t speak Turkish.
