Ontur Butik Hotel in Ankara

A small hotell located a bit far from the kizilay center in Cankaya. Small enterence, only place for 3 cars in the front, but they also have a small garage at the bottom. A bit narrow, but manageble.

Check in went smoothly without any problems.

I had chosen a deluxe room, and to my surprice it was huge. Small drinking table, a classic table, large bed with mirror on the side, and 2 seats and one big seat wich can be changed to a bed.

The room has a full carpet on the floor that I don't like and I thought this was a non smoking room, but it probably wasn't.

The bathroom is also quite big. Unfortunately the shower with a bathtub, was strangly placed in the middle, so it is very tight when the water comes from the longside of the tub. Water and tempereture ok, but the shower could have been a little bit more fresh looking. But still okey. Two sets of basins feels like overkill, now you don't have any place for your stuff. But the towels was huge, very uncommon with this size. Unfortunatelly, they have been washed one time to many and a change to new ones would have been in place.

The aircondition worked nicely, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows however I had to ask for more, too soft for me.

The sitting area was great. Just use some kind of slippers or the ones you get from the hotel, since it is carpets all over.

The breakfast was very basic, don't expect too much.

Overall a well priced small hotel a bit far from the city center, with ok crew.
