Rooms are a t dirty, sometimes they dont clean the room you should tell them, there isnt any paper you can put on the door handle for them to know wether you are there or not to clean, also lastly, it isnt worth that much because its location is bad, its hard for people who are going to rent a car har parking. Its really hard to book a room suitable for you in this hotel, they also dont have WhatsApp. I dont feel like they change the sheets, they are really dirty, they send me a towel that had black spot on it, also a pillow that had yellow spots on it.

When we were going to check out, the receptionist claimed that we already have to pay another 3500 turkish lira, because he said that we stayed there for another day, although we already discussed how long we will stay there and already agreed on the payment so they were all a scam.

We booked a non-smoking room but they still gave us a smoking room. We had young kids. This is the worst hotel I have been to. I have gotten many pictures of how dirty and smelly the room was. They did not have different rooms between smoking room and non-smoking room. When we came in the room smelled like smoke and we had to tell the reception desk. After we told them to clear the smell it was still there. The smoke smell was inside of the blankets too. Another thing is the TV. They have a gigantic screen but less than a quarter of it works as shown in the picture. They also have a window to the bathroom which makes no sense. The room made no sense and after all of that they barely cleaned the room before we came. The phone was very dirty and so was a chair. I had many pictures of this hotel. I do not recommend staying here as their staff are also lazy. We have called them for bed sheets and they never came. This hotel should not be this high rated.

I made a reservation at Ankara Anemon Hotel for check-in on 03.11.2023 and check-out on 05.11.2023. Later, when I went to the hotel, they said that the rooms were full and that they would give me a room without carpetflex. When I booked the room for accommodation online from you, there were items such as city view, but the room was at -1, there was a difference in elevation and it was directly facing the parking lot. Their behavior was that on the day I was going to check in, there was a CHP congress in Ankara, so all the hotels were almost full, so they showed an arrogant attitude. In short, I asked to cancel the reservation in terms of both room and service behavior. I also asked for a refund and they did not meet the conditions.
They asked me to contact you, they sent you the cancellation of the reservation directly by e-mail that day, but the person named Caner stated that this refund is at their discretion. Unfortunately, they caused a lot of inconvenience, and I was left without a hotel on a day when Ankara was the most crowded, and unfortunately, I had to book another hotel on the last day, so I paid a high fee.
I request a refund of this cancellation and will take legal action if necessary. Everything is fine, but I cannot tolerate disrespect and arrogance. I request you to warn the hotel about this and refund the money I paid for the hotel as soon as possible. Thank you, love
