Stayed here for three nights.

The guy at the reception took extra 20 bucks (800 liras) from me altough my stay fee was 210 dollars fixed. When I asked him what he needs the comission for, he said that he is using the rate the system tells him. I wanted to pay in dollars anyway, but the woman on the phone the day before told me that they only accept liras. What a miserable way to earn extra cash. Only corrupt people do that!

The first morning after arrival at 3 in the night, I thought I'll sleep well. But no! The housekeeping accidentally busts in my room like fbi and wakes me up from deep sleep. She then said that the system showed checkout although I stay for three more days! The guy at the reception did not register my days correctly.

Then the room: the wallpaper is falling apart! The bathroom accessories are hanging on loose screws. The carpet is dirty and dusty. The room smells bad.

On the third day of my stay, I was not allowed to have breakfast altough my reservation was made including breakfast. To my complaint, the guy at the reception (the same one who took extra cash from me on the day of checkin) said that there may have been a miscommunication. That's it. No offers and no apologies.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere in Ankara, and such pricing for such quality is unreasonable in the season when no one is visiting anyway.

Take my feedback and improve please! Show some class to visitors!

Hotel is very far away from everything , staff is not very friendly or helpful. My room was suppose to be a non smoking room but smells like very bad smelling ash tray, couldn’t even go in the pool without paying 300 lira for a swimming cap first before you can even enter the room with pool and have a shower before you go in.
At least they have a restaurant in the hotel to get food.

Service is 1 star and staff haven’t addressed anything for 2 rooms
1 smelt like ashtray was supposed to be non smoking for our kids
2 both won’t get any cooler than 26 degrees so little sleep
Spa spat out crap when turned on spa so useless
Lumpy beds , balcony won’t open one side . The other side very heavy door, cracked balcony glass
But they strict on buying swimming cap to swim at 300 lira each and must shower before getting in pool . But all other people walked in no problem
They could have moved us but chose not to
Won’t ever stay or recommend this place

Otel temiz ve nezih. Banyoların şeffaf oluşu güzel. Tavsiye edilir. The hotel is clean and decent. It's nice that the bathrooms are transparent. Recommended.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of students on a school trip. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. Check-in was so easy, as they were prepared for our arrival with all of our room cards. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was nice. Thanks to everyone who made our time at your hotel enjoyable.

First impression can be that it is a nice hotel, but the rooms are not clean. I had in my room, a used toilet paper, and when I asked to have the room cleaned, they still didn't put a new toilet paper. Sink was dirty, and the soaps and shampoo recepients were used and dirty as well, and also not changed after cleaning.

I asked the receptionist to call a taxi, because I was late for my work(due to some problems with the transportation from my company, I needed a taxi, and I told him it is urgent), but first he finished checking in another customer, and only after another 5 minutes, he put his hand on the phone to call for a taxi(which took him less that 20 seconds).

During the night, the TV turned on by itself, very strongly illuminated in front of my bed.

There was also very strong noise in the morning, that didn't allowed me to sleep.
Breakfast is a disaster... worst breakfast I had ever had in Turkiye.

I do not recommend this hotel.

The laundry service can be completed on the same day, which is very important for people who often change places. The breakfast is also good and open until 10 o'clock. Parking in front of the hotel is very convenient.
