My stay was greaat :), clean room and comfy bed, I didn't put 5 stars only bc the breakfast was not a buffet and it's set up ready and served to you when u come, I don't eat most of the stuff they serve so.

I was happy with the service except for some minor issue. If you want to take the IELTS test, it can be good choice. It's not that kind of hotel for casual trip.

Every thing else is good, but the website is misleading. It says buffet breakfast included, but there is no buffet. They give each guest a small breakfast and don’t even bring enough bread for everyone. I give them a 1 star for dishonesty

I stayed at Mina 1 Hotel in Ankara for seven days, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities available. The staff were polite friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the location is excellent close to many services . I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Ankara.

Super hotel, everybody was very helpful. The room was clean, spatious and the location is great, lots of places in walking distance. The reception was very helpful, because we needed some documents to be sent. Highly recommend this place, next time when we are again in ankara, we will stay here again. Thanks, mina hotel!

This hotel is very bad the respection man so crazy treats guest dont respect anybody the lady manger she treating people like she in amimal place they breaking mind their breakfast is soooooooooo pooooooor and when you ask more they got angry they dont give free tea like other turkish hotels many immorel un respected ladies come to hotel is not family so its so bad

Good rooms, the breakfast is regular, the staff in the hotel are grumpy, fair prices.

They requested money at check in, room is bad and there is even no water as complement. Bad experience.

The place is ok and fair, the staff are caring and helpful, breakfast buffet is not full becouse it includes tea, cheeze, butter, honey, jams, breakfast choclate, egg, olive and tomatoe and cucumber. It does not contain sausage or anything else, by the way i am pleased with the place especially the hair dryer at bathroom:)

Affordable.clean.staff well mannered.they are not good on english but co operate very well.i reccommend pakistanis when ever they visit ankara they must stay here
