Everything went well. The location is great, the rooms are clean! There's a Turkish restaurant nearby called Aidin, which is delicious!

The hotel is definitely outdated, but the service is fantastic. They gave me a free room upgrade as well. Despite the other reviews about the breakfast, I found it to be great.

The breakfast was very good, but the wifi was not very good and was limited to two devices. I asked for a lighter when I checked in, which cost 60 lira, but when I checked out, I was told that I didn't need to pay and could use it for free.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Tunalı, and the rooms are spacious. The soundproofing between rooms is good, and breakfast is more than adequate. There's also parking available for cars. The only downsides for me were the lack of a mini-bar, and no toiletries like a toothbrush or comb in the bathroom. We have now been staying at Tzob hotel for over six weeks so consider we have experienced everything. The staff are absolutely fantastic. So pleasant and helpful and welcoming, especially the housekeeping staff and young girls at breakfast. My only complaint is the lack of a bath tub. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Nice staffs, poor facilities The air conditioning was not functioning properly — the room was extremely hot and only started to cool down after about five hours. Additionally, the elevators had very long wait times. There are supermarkets and nice restaurants in the neighborhoods.

Hotel didn’t have parking instead they had bell boy who would drive your car around until he finds a parking in some of the streets and since he was alone it would sometimes make you wait for him 10 min just to get the car, bar was opening at 10 AM, and food was under average, positive side is that bedsheets were changed every day

Overall it was good. The only downside was that the magnetic keys on the room cards frequently malfunctioned, requiring you to go back to reception almost every time you leave the room. I stayed 3 nights in this hotel while staying in the city, amazing hotel and service. The personnel are real nice and lovely they're not just doing it because of their job ir faking it it's genuinely real and for the service it's good and amiable. I think it's a 5 star quality hotel the only shortage is the lack of liquor and alcohol which I personally prefer.
