Really nice hotel with pleasant rooms and general areas. Great, tasty food with multiple choices both for breakfast and dinner. You cannot ski-in ski-out but there is hotel shuttle continuously riding those few hundred metres to the other building on the slope where you have lockers for ski equipment.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Das 3917 hotel, perfect service, very nice and friendly staff, always willing to help. Excellent cuisine, incredible selection of delicacies and also a great spa with saunas and a pool.

The hotel is five-star and has its own free shuttle bus to the ski center. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner are all included. I woke up at 7 or 8 am after four consecutive days of skiing—I was exhausted! It would be a shame to stay at a ski hotel without skiing. It snowed every day; I hadn't seen natural snowflakes in ten years. Coming to Turkey, after a hot air balloon ride, it's straight to skiing. It's only a 1-2 hour drive away, so convenient! The hotel has free Wi-Fi; you can buy an eSIM outdoors. Buying a SIM card for Wi-Fi here is very cheap, averaging $1-2 per day, which is enough for messaging and signal strength. It's very convenient; no need to buy separate Wi-Fi. Just scan the eSIM code, and you're online in two minutes—worry-free!

We have just arrived at this hotel All I can say is don’t come Having skied extensively throughout Austria and France and also in Erzurum over the last 25 years, this place is one of the worst places I have been to The photos which you see online are completely misleading The photos are all of the Apres ski building which is a completely separate building to the hotel and which you have to take a ski shuttle to get to. We are currently in the Apres Ski restaurant It’s virtually impossible to find a table because the staff allow people to block tables by putting a single bag down on a table for 4-6 people while they go off skiing for the day We have just tried to order some food but have been told that they are too busy to take our order 🤷‍♀️

We had a great time ať the hotel And around. The hotel provides excellent servise, the people working here are the nicest I have ever met. Especially Firat And Akmaral .The food Is just incredibly delicious!! Skiing depends on the weather,but if it Is nice , it's Worth it a lot!! Excellent Holiday ❣️

!!!! Xxxxx Customer servive is terrible! All ski pists were closed during our stay and we couldnt get refund even though we talked to management. Nobody took care about it. We visited Megasaray hotel (which belongs to this group) by shuttle. On the way back were not able to find any shuttle or car to take us back to our hotel. Nobody took care of us. I strongly dont recomment this hotel!!!

I like the atmosphere and hotel. Restaurant staff were very friendly and food was very delicious. Customer service also was good enough. Hotel location is the best, close to ski pists. Each customer gets 30 free skipasses from hotel. Hotel was not noise, rooms were very quiet.

Amazing atmosphere at the Erciyes mountains! Location of hotel wonderful. Near to ski places. It's our 3rd time here and we are really enjoyed from every trip. Turkish foods are so tasty and delicious . Stuff is smiley and too friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr Mirzabala which assisted us everytime at all holiday. We will back again.

I give my visit 5/5 due to how the staff handled my visit. I came in early and prior to check-in time. The staff worked hard to provide the rooms as early as possible. That made my visit wonderful as not all resorts are willing to do that. My second reason is due to how friendly and welcoming the staff in other sections of the resort. They are just exceptionally friendly.

Generaly holiday od good. Good isbvery tasty. Stuff isbfantastic and very helpfull. Cleaning day by day is not top good. If it will be everyday IT will be Perfect. Also at the Apres cleaning of the snów is not good.
